Abstract
Biodegradable microcapsule을 調製하기 위해 皮膜 물질로 bovine serum albumin을 사용하고, acrylonitrile-styrene polymer(M-80) resin beads와 sulfamethoxydiazine을 核 물질로 하여 simple coacervation에 의해 albumin microcapsule을 調製하였다. 皮膜 물질인 bovine serum albumin과 核 물질인 beads 및 sulfamethoxydiazine의 重量比는 각각 1 : 2.3, 1 : 2.9이었다. pH7.4의 溶出溶媒에서 T50%가 control의 경우 6분인데 비해 sulfamethoxydiazine-albumin microcapsule의 경우 73분으로 溶出 속도가 지연되었다. Scanning electron microscopy에 의해 관찰된 sulfamethoxydiazine-albunin microcapsule의 표면 상태는 SMD보다 거칠고 pore가 있었으며, 용출 실험후에도 microcapsule의 표면 상태는 변화가 없었다. 또한 microencapsulation에 의해 sulfamethoxydiazine의 특징적인 쓴 맛이 隱廢되었다.;Simple coacervation of bovine serum albumin was studied to prepare biodegradable microcapsule. Albumin microcapsules were prepared by using acrylonitrile-styrene polymer (M-80) resin beads and sulfamethoxydiazine as the core materials. The albumin to beads ratio was found to be 1:2.3 and the albumin to sulfamethoxydiazien ratio to be 1:2.9. The 50% release time (T_(50%)) of microencapsulated sulfamethoxydiazine was increased from that of unencapsulated sulfamethoxydiazine; T_(50%) of sulfamethoxydiazine and microencapsulated sulfamethoxydiazine were 6min. and 73min., respectively. The surface appearance of the microcapsule collected after release experiment were not different from those of the original microcapsule. In addition to slowing release of drug the microencapsulation process masked characteristic bitter taste of sulfamethoxydiazine.
