dc.description.abstract한국인 집단의 유전적 변이를 태반내 효소의 다형현상에서 파악하기 위하여 esterase D (ESD ; E. C. 3. 1. 1. 1), alkaline Phosphatase (ALP ; E, C. 3. 1. 3. 1)와 acid phosphatase (ACP ; E. C. 3. 1. 3. 2)등 3종의 효소들을 서울에 거주하는 임산부들을 대상으로하여 starch gel. 전기영동법으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. ESD isozyme은 ESD^(1)과 ESD^(2)의 2개 대립인자가 발견되었으며 rare allele와 variant유형은 발견되지 않았다. 2. ESD 좌위의 대립인자 빈도는 ESD^(1)과 ESD^(2)가 각각 0.663과 0.337로 나타났다. 3. 사람의 태반에서 나타나는 ALP isozyme은 간·골격·신장의 ALP_(L)과 ALP_(I) 좌위와는 다른 PL 좌위로 지배됨이 발견되었다. 4. PL isozyme은 'PL^(1) , PL^(2), PL^(3)의 3개 대립인자로 결정되는 6개 공통 표현형과 1개체의 rare표현형 (PL 4 - 1)이 발견되었다. 5. PL 좌위의 대립인자 빈도는 PL^(1), PL^(2), PL^(3)와 PL^(rare)가 각각 0. 727, 0.081, 0. 191 그리고 0.001로써 나타났다. 6. 태반에서 나타나는 ACP isozyme은 적혈구의 ACP_(1)과는 서로 분리된 ACP_(2) ACP_(3) 좌위로 결정되며 본 실험에서는 ACP_(3) 좌위에서 5개체의 variant유형 (ACP_(3) 2 - 1)이 발견되었다.;Polymorphism of placental enzymes (ESD, ALP, ACP) was studied by means of starch-gel electrophoresis in unrelated placental donors living in Seoul, Korea. The results obtained were as follows: 1. As to ESD isozyme, there were two alleles, ESD^(1) and ESD^(2), in Korean population. No variant type was found. 2. The gene frequencies of ESD alleles were found to be: 0.663 for ESD^(1), 0.337 for ESD^(2). 3. The ALP pheonotypes in human placenta could be explained by the different locus (PL) with three alleles distinct from the ALP_(L) (in Liver, bone and kidney) and ALP_(I) (in intestine). 4. As to PL isozyme, there were three alleles, PL^(1), PL^(2), and PL^(3), in Korean population. One of the variants (PL 4-1) was found in the present study. 5. The gene frequencies of alleles were found to be: 0.727 for PL^(1), 0,081 for PL^(2), 0.191 for PL^(3), and 0.001 for PL^(rare). 6. The ACP phenotypes in placenta could be explained by the ACP_(2) and ACP_(3) locus distinct from the ACP_(1) (in erythrocyte). The five variants (ACP_(3) 2-1) at ACP_(3) locus were found in the present study. 7. The statistical analysis of these frequencies under Hardy-Weinberg equlibrium showed good agreement between the observed and the expected values.-
