초음파 생체계측에 의한 굴절이상과 안축장의 상관성에 관한 연구

Abstract

The ultrasonic technique is one of the safest, simplest and the most accurate methods of biometric measurement of the eyeball. The author measured the axial length of 34 hyperopic eyes, 49 emmetropic eyes and 75 myopic eyes using the ultrasonography of A-mode. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The mean axial length was 23.51 ± 1.70 mm, that of the male was 23.59 ± 1.82 mm, and that of the female was 23.46 ± 1.62 mm 2. The mean axial length in hyperopic eyes was 21.38 0.87 mm, 23.15 ± 1.02mm in emmetropic and 24.71 ± 1.21 mm in myopic eyes. 3. The eyes with axial length of 23.00-24.49 mm is 38.6%, 20.00-22.49 mm is 35.4%, 24.50-27.49 mm is 26%. 4. The mean axial length of the eyes with age of 5-14 years old group was 22.98 ± 1.88 mm, 23.31 1.40 mm in 15-24 years old group, 24.49 ± 1.20 mm in 25-34 years old group, 23.37 ± 1.42 mm in 35-44 years old group, 23.72 ± 1.01 mm in 45-54 years old group and 22.98 ± 0.47 mm in 55-64 years old group.;최근 초음파를 이용한 안내 및 안와내의 정상, 비정상 조직의 판별과 생체계측이 널리 이용되고 있다. 특히 생체계측에 있어서 초음파는 가장 안전하고 간단하며 정확한 방법의 하나이다. 본 연구는 초음파 A-mode를 이용하여 굴절이상에 따른 안축장을 측정하고자 5세에서 64세의 남녀 환자를 연구대상으로 하여 윈시안 34안, 정시안 49안, 근시안 75안의 안축장을 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 158안의 평균 안축장은 23.51±1.70 mm였고, 남자 63안의 평균치는 23.59±1.82 mm, 여자 95안의 평균치는 23.46±1.62mm였다 2. 원시안의 평균 안축장은 21.38±0.87mm, 정시안은 23.15±1.02 mm, 근시안은 24.71±1.21 mm였다. 3. 안축장의 분포는 23.00∼24.49mm가 전체의 38.6%, 20.00∼22.49 mm가 35.4%, 24.50 ∼27.49 mm가 26%였다. 4. 연령별 안축장의 평균치는 5∼14세가 22.98±1.89 mm, 15∼24세가 23.31±1.40 mm, 25∼34세가 24.49±1.20 mm, 35∼44세가 23.37±1.42 mm, 45∼54세가 23.72±1.01 mm, 55∼64세가 22.98±0.47 mm였다.
