季節的인 이미지의 表現性에 관한 硏究

Abstract

The nature has played as the object of external intrest in human beings, a site of life for them from old times, in addition, it has acted as a cite to bring about, with its mystery and sublimity, the expression which human beings want to make. It is the same now as in old times that the nature has played as the object of expression, especially to artists. Modern art, which denys a fixed idea of the classical art representing the natural artists, taking a serious view of originality, express by their own subjectivity. Dying, as a plastic art, is also expressed variously by artist's individuality. Accordingly, I, the writer, writer, want to express nature surrounding us, and a symbolic image of season, centering on a constellation in this mysterious and grand universe, creature of the nature, and to seek a possibility of expression in this study. For all these, I considered a symbolic expression of the nature, of the art and of the universe as a theortical background, and studied shape, color, matter and ways of the nature for making works. After making and ananlyizng works, depending on this theoretical background I obtained a conclusion as follows. First, I found that the nature has played as the object of art because of its limitless world of possibility, and artists express it, not as a external expression but a conscious world at their will. Second, I also found that the objective image is changed subjectively in their making process, and it is possible that effect and qualify peculiar to dying are able to be expressed with their individual skill. Third, I feel keenly the necessity of it that a new material and technique is to be implored for development of dying art, in addition, a various technique of expression, attempted endless. Consequently, I, the writer, intend to seek a creative, various plastic world with developing a rather new material and technique, and through a continuous making activity.;自然은 예로부터 人間의 끝없는 관심의 對象이었고 生活의 터전이었으며 그 신비스러움과 장엄함으로 인하여 인간으로 하여금 늘 表現하고자 하는 충동을 유발시키는 대상이었다. 예술가에게 자연은 예나 지금이나 많은 사람들의 표현대상이 되어왔다. 現代 美術은 자연을 그대로 再現하는 과거 미술의 고정 관념을 거부하고 예술가의 독창성을 重視하여 자신의 주관에 의해 재구성된 새로운 창조의 자연으로 표현된다. 造形에 따라 다양하게 표현된다. 따라서 본 연구자는 인간을 둘러싸고 있는 자연과 자연의 산물인 신비롭고 웅대한 우주 공간에서 별자리를 소재로 계절의 상징적 이미지를 표현하려 하며 그 표현의 가능성을 찾는데 연구의 목적을 두고자 한다. 이를 위한 이론적 배경으로 자연과 예술, 宇宙 空間의 상징적 표현에 대해 고찰해 보고 작품제작을 위한 自然의 形態와 色彩, 材料 및 方法을 연구해 보았다. 이런한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 작품을 제작 분석 해본 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 자연은 무한한 가능성의 세계로 예술의 대상이 되어왔으며 예술가는 자연을 外的으로 再現하지 않고 작가 나름대로의 의식세계로 표현하고 있음을 알았다. 둘째, 제작 과정에서 대상의 이미지를 主觀的으로 變形시키고 이를 개성있는 기법으로 표현하는 과정에서 染色 특유의 효과와 質感의 표현이 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 세째, 染色 藝術의 발전을 위해서는 특히 새로운 재료와 기법의 개발이 절실하며 아울러 다양한 표현 技法이 끊임없이 시도되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구자는 계속적인 제작 활동을 통하여 좀 더 새로운 재료와 기법을 개발하여 창의적이고 다양한 造形世界를 추구하고자 한다.
