dc.description.abstractCationic water-soluble drug인 promethazine.HCl과 水分吸收로 gel을 형성하는 일종의 부형제인 pectin, chondroitin-Na-sulfate 및 sodium alginate를 수용액으로 한 후 각각의 약물과의 중량비가 1.5:1, 1:1, 1:1이 되도록 혼합하고 교반하여 얻은 침전을 감압 건조한 후 분쇄하여 분말 coprecipitate를 조제하었으며 粉末 X-ray diffractometry에 의하여 검토한 결과, 세 종류의 macromolecular물질과 Promethazine.HCl이 coprecipitate를 형성함을 확인하고 증류수및 0.1N 염산용액에서의 용출 특성을 비교 검토하였다. Promethazine.HCl이 증류수와 0.산용액에서 3분이내에 100% 용출된데 비하여 pectin, chondroitin-Na-sulfate로 조제한 coprecipitate 분말은 증류수에서 각각 20분, 90분에 모두 용출되었고 sodium alginate로 조제한 coprecipitate 분말은 3시간후 25%가 용출되었다. 0.1N 염산용액에서는 20분이내에 3종류의 coprecipitate분말의 용출이 완료되었다. Coprecipitate정제에 있어서는 증류수를 용출용매로 사용하였을때 Pectincoprecipitate가 5시간후에 100%용출된데 비해 chondroitin-Na-sulfate, sodium alginate로 만든 coprecipitate 정제는 7시간후 각각 18%, 7%가 용출되었다. 0.1N 염산용액에서는 pectin, chondroitin -Na-sulfate, sodium alginate로 만든 coprecipitate정제의 T50%가 각각 45분, 60분, 180분이었다. 이상에서 cationic water-soluble drug과 pectin, chondroitin-Na-sulfate, sodium alginate의 coprecipitate가 서방성 제제로 이용될수있음을 확인하였다.;Three coprecipitates of promethazine with pectin, chondroitin-Na-Sulfate or sodium alginate were prepared. Formation of the coprecipitates was confirmed by powder X-ray diffractometry and their dissolution behavior were examined. Sustained release of promethazine from the coprecipitate was observed. T 100% of promethazine. HCl was 3 minutes and that of pectin coprecipitate powder was 20 minutes, chondroitin coprecipitate powder was 90 minutes in distilled water. T 25% of alginate coprecipitate powder was 180 minutes in distilled water. T100% of all coprecipitate powder were within 20 minutes in 0.1N-HCl. T100% of pectin coprecipitate tablet was 4 hours and T18% of chondroitin coprecipitate tablet and T7% of alginate coprecipitate tablet were all 7 hours in distilled water. T 50% of three coprecipitate tablet were 45 minutes, 60 minutes and 180 minutes in 0.1N HCl. The results suggest that the coprecipitates of cationic water-soluble drugs with pectin chondroitin-Na-sulfate or sodium alginate may be applicable to sustained-released preparations.-
