F. Chopin의 Polonaise-Fantaisie Op. 61에 관한 연구

Abstract

F. Chopin(1810∼1849)은 R. Schumann, F. Liszt, J. Brahms 등과 함께 낭만주의시대 피아노 음악의 대표적 작곡가이다. 그가 쓴 피아노 작품으로는 Fantasy, Scherzos, Ballades, Nocturnes, Impromptus, Etudes등을 포함하는 소규모 혹은 대규모의 성격적인 곡들과 Waltzes, Mazurkas, Polonaises 등의 양식화된 무곡 및 Sonatas, Concertos 등이 있다. 본 논문에서는 Chopin의 Polonaise중 마지막 작품인 Polonaise Fantaisie Op.61을 분석고찰하였다. Polonaise란 Poland 민속무곡에 기원을 두는 3박자의 춤곡으로, 18세기경부터 양식화된 기악곡의 형태로 발전하면서, Chopin에 의해 예술작품으로서 완성을 보게되었다. Polonise Fantaisie Op. 61을 형식, 선율, 리듬, 화성, 조성, 주제적 구성 면에서 분석하였으며, 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻게되었다. 이 곡은 긴 서주를 갖는 3부형식으로 구성되며 5개의 주제가 중심이 되어 전곡을 이끌고 있다. 리듬은 Polonaise리듬을 중심으로 붓점, 삼연부음, 교차리듬, 싱코페이션등 다양한 리듬이 사용되었으며 화성에 있어서 반음계진행, 자유로운 전조, 이명동음적 전조와 변화화음, 비화성음등을 이용한 풍부한 화성이 사용되었다. 이와같이, 이 곡은 Polonaise의 특정한 음악양식이 자유롭고 환상적인 분위기의 Fantasy의 성격과 결합된 독창적인 작품으로, Chopin의 음악적 수법이 잘 발휘된 대표적인 작품이라고 하겠다.;Fryderik Franciszek Chopin (1810-1849) is the composer who represents the piano music of the Romantieism along with R. Schumann, F. Liszt, J. Brahms. His works are characteristic piano works on small scale or large scale including Fanfasy, Impromptues, Scherzos, Nocturnes, Ballades, and stylized dance music such as Mazurkas, Waltzes, Polonaises as well as Sonatas and Concertos, etc. Among these works, the writer mainly studied Polonaise Fantaisie Op. 61. "Polonaise" originates from folk dance music of Poland. Originally, it was vocal music accompanying dance and song, but later, it has been completed as a work of art by F. Chopin, being developed into the form of stylized instrumental music from the 18th century. The writer analyzed Polonaise Fantaisie Op. 61 in terms of form, melody, rhythm, harmony and tonality. The results of analysis are as follows. It is composed of three part form and contains the five themes. Various rhythms such as dotted notes, triplets, cross rhythms, syncopations are [unknown.] polonaise rhythm. Chromatic progression, enharmonic modulation, free modulation, altered chords, nonharmonic tones, are used in harmony In this work, the characteristics of Polonaise are combined with that of fantasy such as fantastic introduction, free modulation, free rhythm, and fantastic themes. As mentioned above, the Polonaise Fantaisie Op. 61 could be considered as original and excellent work which reveals the characteristics of F. Chopin very well.
