自己露出과 精神健康과의 關係에 關한 硏究

Abstract

본 연구는 자기노출의 양과 질적 측면이 정신건강과 어떤 관련이 있는지 알아보고자 하여, 다음과 같은 문제를 제기하였다. 첫째, 자기노출량과 정신건강과의 관계, 둘째, 노출대상 및 화제에 따른 노출량과 정신건강과의 관계 셋째, 자기노출의 질적 측면(즉, 감정성포함정도, 노출내용의 깊이, 자기평가)과 정신건강과의관계 넷째, 자기평정법에 의한 총노출량과 문장수로 세서 측정한 노출량과의 관계 다섯째, 자기노출과 성별차와의 관계 이상과 같은 문제들을 보기위해서, 서울시내의 대학생 395명에게 자아실현검사와 자기노출질문지, 자기묘사문(Personal Description Essays)을 실시하였다. 자아실현검사 결과에 따라, 피험자를 정신건강도가 높은 집단 105명, 정신건강도가 낮은 집단 89명을 선정하였다. 이들의 총자기노출량, 노출대상 및 화제에 따른 노출량, 노출의 질적 수준을, 정신건강도와 성별 변인에 따라, 변량분석하고, 상관계수를 내었다. 본 조사에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 총자기노출량과 정신건강사이에는 낮지만, 서로 정적 상관이 있었다(rpb=0.20, p<0.01) 둘째, 노출대상 및 화제에 따른 노출량은, 정신건강도에 따라 차가 나지 않았다. 셋째, 자기노출의 질적 측면에서, 자기평가와 정신건강과는 정적 상관이 있었으나,(rpb=0.34, p<0.01)노출내용의 깊이나, 감정성은 정신건강과 거의 상관이 없었다. 넷째, 자기평정법에 의한 총노출량은 문장수로 센 노출량과 상관이 없었다. 다섯째, 총자기노출량은, 성별변인과 부적 상관이 있었고,(rpb=-0.21, p<0.01) 노출내용의 깊이는, 남녀 변인과, 다소 낮으나, 정적 상관을 보였다.(rpb=0.18, p<0.05);The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between mental health and the amount and quality of the self-disclosure. The five problems tested are; 1) There is a positive relationship between the amount of self-disclosure and mental health. 2) There is a positive relationship between mental health and the extent to which subjects disclose themselves according to Object Persons and Disclosure Topics. 3) There are positive relationships between mental health and the quality of self-disclosure. (Which includes Emotionality, Intimacy, and Positive-Negative Self-Evaluation). 4) There is a positive relationship between the self-disclosure scores by J.S.D.Q. and the number of sentences by Personal Description Essays. 5) There is a difference in self-disclosure according to Sex Differences. The results show that mental health is positively related with the amount of self-disclosure (r_(pb)=0.2, p<0.01). Also, there is a positive relationship between mental health and Self-Evaluative Aspect (r_(pb)-0.34, p<0.01). But, self-disclosure scores according to Object Person and Disclosure Topics, Emotionality, and Intimacy are not related with mental health. And there are sex differences in the amount, target-persons, and intimate aspects of self-disclosure.
