自動發想에 의한 表現연구

Abstract

심리학에 있어서의 藝術에 관한 논의가운데 "藝術을 위한 중요한 요소들이 無意識의 저장소안에 눈에 보이지 않게 잠재되어 있다.^(1) 는 말은 無意識이 예술에 있어서 강력한 조력자임을 시사해준다. 이러한 無意識에서 출발한 偶然의 法則은 1910년대의 다다주의에서 1970년대의 이른바 新繪畵라 불리우는 새로운 油象畵에 이르기까지 여러가지 형태로 현대미술에 적용되었다. 또한 현대미술에 있어서 중요한 요소는 表現性이다. 새로운 vision은 새로운 Technique을 요구하고 지금까지 단지 수단으로만 생각되었던 표현행위 자체를 문제삼아 종래의 표현기법상에 존재했던 제약과 규범에서 벗어나 자유롭게 내면을 표현하고 있다. 本 硏究에서는 이상의 현대회화에서 중요한 요소라 할 수 있는 無意識으로부터의 偶然性과 表現行爲를 本入의 회화세계의 근본 출발점으로 삼고자 한다. 本入의 作品은 知的으로 구상하거나 계산하여 행동으로 옮기는 것이 아니라 붓과 나이프등으로 화면에 그리거나 칠하는 과정에서 순간적으로 결정된다. 自動主義에 의해 우연히 내던져진 造形上의 요소들은, 다듬어지고 반복된 변화를 거쳐서 화면상에 형태의 조화로 나타난다. 本人은 本入의 작품속에 나타나는 조형요소인 자유로운 線色彩, 形態를 抽象表現主義 작가들의-모든 제약에서 벗어나 자유롭게 내면세계를 구축했던-표현방법과 비교연구하였다. 本 연구를 통하여 본인 작업의 앞으로의 방향을 모색하고, 보다 창조적인 회화세계를 정립해 보고자 노력하였다.;Unconsciousness is an important motive for modern art, as the psychologists assert that the important elements in art latent in an invisible storing house, unconsciousness. Accidentalism which is based on unconsciousness has been employed in modern peinting, from dadaism in the 1910s to new abstract painting in the 1970s. Modern painting has dealt with how unconsciousness can be drawn out. Act of expression is another important element in modern art. As act of expression in modern Fainting is regarded not as the means of art but as the essence of art, it has been variously changed beyond the rules and restrictions which existed in the past. This master's thesis deals with the expression in Automatism, that is, unconsciousness and act of expression in modern painting, which are the starting point of my paintings. I paint my canvas, not in accordance with intellectual composition or calculation, but by accident during drawing and painting. In my paintings, lines, colours and forms, which are accidentally throwed by automatism, are harmonized after the cubist process of trimmed and repeated changes. Compared with abstract expressionists' works, where they expressed their inner world, my paintings will be eccurately understood.
