Abstract
7-Dithiocarboxy-5,6-dihydroimidazo [2,1-b] thiazolium betaines were synthesized by the reaction of electrophile such as carbon disulfide with 3-methyl and 3-phenyl-5,6-dihydroimidazo [2,1-b] thiazole. The betaines were reacted with α-haloketone and γ-haloketoester to give new biheterocyclic compounds via ring transformation. On the contrary,the reaction of betaines with α-haloester resulted imidazo-thiazolium salts which were stable at high temperature.;C. F. Allen 의 방법에 의해 2-mercaptoimidazolidine 을 만들어 chloracetone 및 phenacyl bromide를 반응시켜 3-위치에 치환된 5, 6-dihydroimidazo [2, 1-b] thiazole 를 합성하고 각각을 이황화탄소와 반응시켜 여러가지 betaine 을 합성하였다. 합성된 7-dithiocarboxy-5, 6-dihydroimidazo [2, 1-b] thiazolium betaine 유도체에 α-haloketone, γ-haloketoester, α-haloester 등의 알킬화 시약을 반응시켜서 그 반응성을 실험하였다.
