어린이방의 실내공간 계획요소에 관한 연구

Abstract

At present we are making our efforts to newly establish the field related to spiritual culture prone to be neglected rushing into the times of highly industrialization and building an advanced nation, and furnish much better environment to children who be long to growing generation. To our regrets our great efforts taken so far since the institution of children's day on May 1, 1923, such as the establishment of the Children's Charter, result in no more than an event and slogan itself and therefore we have come to awaken ourselves to a sincere sense of doing something for children throughout more continuous and systematic research. This tretise is drawing the conclusions as below as a result of the study whose object is children's room in order to meet the demands of the times mentioned above and prepare for a base do sign based on which a true space for children is to be shown. 1. Plan on the arrangement of children's room and interior finish materials 1) To consider close connection with the movement line of housewife. 2) To install glass-door enabling the observation of children during worked in the kitchen. 3) To use short-fur carpet as floor materials. 4) To offer a place to receive children's behavior installing a blackboard, a poster-board and pictures on the wall. 5) To select the materials to be in harmony with the whole interior atmosphere in the wall decoration. 2. Design for children's room furnishings 1) To make the fittings for study such as desk, chair and bookshelf adjustable according to the physical shape. 2) To add pleasure-fittings Increasing creativity and thinking power. 3) To design an arm chair for sleep and rest in such a way as they are not disturbed but protected by the adults. 4) To offer a space for storage under the bed. 3. Design of physical environment arrangements 1) To make the best use of natural illumination but to set up curtains, blinde and luver for prevention of direct ray of light. 2) To use the whole lighting together with local lighting and install small light for protection of children. 3) To take off tediousness making some partial color contrast together with the interior color distribution showing a sense of unity. 4) To control the air for preservation of optimum temperature and humidity. 5) To use sound-proof wall, sound absorbing materials, double windows and curtains for reduction the noise level down to less than 40 phon. As above An presented a base design based on which more special study of this field will be made, which ultimately brings about the establishment of theoretical system through which best suitable space is to be given to children.;오늘날 우리시대는 고도의 산업화와 선진조국 건설의 시점에 돌입하면서 자칫 소홀해지기 쉬운 정신문화 분야를 새로이 정립시키고자 노력하고 있으며 자라나는 세대인 어린이들에게 좀 더 나은 환경을 제공하여 주기 위하여 노력하고 있다. 그러나 1923년 5월 1일 어린이날을 제정한 이래 지금까지 어린이 헌장이 제정되는 등 이들을 위하여 많은 노력을 하여왔으나 행사와 구호로 끝나는 아쉬움이 있었으며 이제는 좀 더 지속적이고 체계적인 연구를 통하여 진정 어린이를 위한 그 무엇인가를 이루어야한다는 자각심을 가지게 되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 시대적 요구에 부응하고자 하며 우선 무엇보다도 중요하게 어린이를 위한 진정한 환경을 마련하기 위해 그 환경구성요소의 하나인 어린이방을 대상으로 하여 연구한 결과 다음과 같은 사항이 고려될 수 있음을 발견하였다. 첫째, 어린이방 배치 및 실내마감재 계획에 있어서 ① 주부의 동선과 친밀한 유대관계를 꾀하고, 부엌작업시 어린이 관찰이 가능한 유리문등의 고려가 필요하며, ② 바닥재료는 먼지가 심하게 날리지 않고 청소·관리가 용이한 털이 짧은 카펫등이 유리하며, ③ 벽은 흑판, 벽보판, 그림판등을 설치하여 어린이의 낙서활동 장소로 제공함과 동시에. ④ 전체적인 실내분위기가 조화될 수 있는 재료를 선정한다. 둘째, 어린이 방 가구 디자인은 ① 학습시설인 책상, 의자, 서가 등은 체형에 맞게 조절 가능하도록 하고, ② 창의력 사고력을 증진시킬 수 있는 놀이시설을 병용시키며, ③ 수면 및 휴식을 위한 침대 안락의자는 어른들에게 방해받지 않되 보호하기는 쉽게 계획하며, ④ 침대 밑 공간 등에 수납장소를 제공한다. 셋째, 물리적 환경시설 계획은 ① 자연조명을 최대한 활용하되 직사광선을 방지할 수 있는 카텐블라인더, 루바 등을 설치하고, ② 전체조명과 국부조명을 병용하되 소등시 어린이를 보호할 수있는 미등을 설치하여, ③ 통일된 느낌의 실내배색과 더불어 부분적인 대조를 이루도록하여 지루함을 없애고, ④ 적절한 온도와 습도 유지를 위한 공기조화 계획이 요구되며, ⑤ 소음을 40 phon 이하를 낮추는 방음벽, 방음재, 2중창, 카텐등을 사용한다. 이상과 같이 계획시 고려할 사항을 제시하였는 바 앞으로 이 분야에 대해서 좀더 상세한 연구가 이루어져 타당성을 지니고 실제 활용될 수 있을때 어린이들에게 최적의 공간이 주어질 수 있을 것이다.
