장학지도의 개선모형 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 교사의 교수능력을 신장시키기 위하여 교수학습개선에 초점을 둔 임상장학을 연구함으로써 우리나라 현실에 부합한 개선적 장학지도의 실천모형을 제공하여 단위학교교육의 효과를 극대화하려는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 의도에서 본 연구의 목적을 진술하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라 현실에 맞는 장학의 개념을 정립함으로써 수업개선을 위한 장학지도의 모형제시에 그 이론적 기초를 제공하고, 둘째, 이러한 개념체계에 비추어 우리나라의 장학지도의 현황과 문제점을 분석함으로써 개선적 장학지도의 모형을 제시하는데 필요하나 시사점을 추출하며, 세째, 그 개선 모형으로써 임상장학의 개념적 모형을 제시한다. 본 연구는 문헌연구로써 장학의 기초 이론을 다루고 있는 문헌들과 선행연구의 결과 및 임상장학에 관한 문헌들을 참고하였다. 연구의 결과를 진술하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장학의 개념을 "교수-학습의 효율화를 목적으로 교사의 전문성 신장, 교육과정 운영 및 학교 경영의 합리화를 위해 제공되는 지도·조정, 조언·정보제공, 자원봉사 등 일련의 전문적·기술적 활동"으로 규정한다. 둘째, 장학지도의 주요문제는 장학이 본래적 기능을 제대로 발휘하지 못하여 학교교육 현장에 적극적으로 수용되고 있지 못하다는 사실이다. 장학지도의 문제를 구체적으로 살펴보면, 계획성의 부족, 시책 사업 및 관리위주의 지도, 확인위주의 지도방법, 교육과정의 소홀을 들 수 있다. 세째, 장학지도의 개선모형으로써 임상장학을 들 수 있다. 임상장학은 수업장학의 한 영역으로 수업개선에 촛점을 두고 교사의 수업 실제를 계획, 참관, 분석 및 재투입 등 일련의 순환과정을 통하여 이루어지는 교사와 장학담당자의 상호작용 관계이다. 임상장학의 일반적 절차는 계획협의회 단계, 수업관찰 단계, 결과협의회 단계로 나뉘어 실행된다. 임상장학의 연계체제는 크게 기획 단계, 실행 단계, 평가 단계로 나눌 수 있다. 임상장학의 개념적 모형은 계획단계, 관찰단계, 분석단계, 협의단계로 나누어 제시할 수 있다. 임상장학은 연계체제의 제 2단계인 실행단계에 속한다. 교과학습 사태의 개선을 위하여 임상장학은 교실수업에 적용되어야 한다. 임상장학담당자는 장학사, 연구사, 교장, 교감, 주임교사가 될 수 있다.;The main purpose of this study are to develop the practical supervisory activity model for the improvement of instruction, and to obtain the maximum effectiveness and efficiency of unit schooling through a study on clinical supervision. To achieve this ultimate goal, this study has the following specific objectives. The first objective is to define the new concept of supervision through a reviewing new theories of supervision. The second objective is to diagnose the present conditions and problems of supervisory activity. The third objective is to present the practical supervisory activity model for improvement of instruction. In order to accomplish the objectives, the resulted literatures including various statistics and previous studies are reviewed and analyzed to define the new concept of supervision. This study have the following results. In this study the concept of supervision defined as, "the special and technical activities of guidance, advice, control information giving and resource service provided for improving the teaching-learning activities." The problems of supervisory activities are identified from reviewing and examination the theories and practice of supervisory activities. The problem of supervisory activities is that it is impossible for the supervisor to carry out the effective supervision guidance. Clinical supervision should opply to the classroom for improving the teaching-learning events. The procedures of clinical supervision method are ⅰ) stage of conference for planning, ⅱ) stage of conference of instruction, and ⅲ) stage of conference for the result. The procedures of Implementing Clinical Supervision Model has the following stage: ⅰ) stage of Preobservation Conference. ⅱ) Observation and Data Collection, ⅲ) Analysis and Strategy and, ⅳ) Post observation Conference. The person in charge of the clinical supervision method are supervisor, researcher, principal, vice-principal and teacher.
