- Abstract
1. 내부조직 구조상에서 A. arborescence에 Ca-oxalate속침정(raphides of bundle)이 많이 분포되어 있었으며, A. vera와 A. saponaria의 유세포막에 침착물질이 관찰되었다.
4. Aloe 세 종 각각의 단백질 추출물과 A. arborescence의 methanol추출물은 A. niger에 대해 抗眞菌 效果를 나타내었고, A. vera의 ethanol추출물은 A. niger와 C. albicans에 대해 抗眞菌 效果를 나타내었다.;Three species of cultivated Aloe, Aloe arborescence Mill., Aloe vera L., Aloe saponaria Haw. were compared with their morphological, physicochemical properties and fluorescent spots of main components by TLC. Antifungal effects of Aloe's protein extracts, methanol extracts and ethanol extracts were investigated against Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans.
The results were as follows :
1. On the microscopic observation, much raphides of bundle of Ca-oxalate in A. arborescence and deposited substances in parenchyma cell wall of A. vera, A. saponaria were identified.
2. From the results of physicochemical analysis, protein content was highest in A. vera; viscosity, in A.saponaria; Ca-salt and oxalic acid content, in A.arborescence.
3. Orange colour spot and green, blue fluorescence of anthra-quinoid by TLC were strongest in A.vera. R_(f) value of orange colour spot was 0.4-0.44; green fluorescence, 0.08-0.11; blue fluorescence, 0.27-0.31 in three Aloe species.
4. Methanol extract of A. arborescence and protein extracts of three Aloe species inhibited the growth of A. niger.
Ethanol extract of A. vera showed antifungal effect against A. niger and C. albicans.
