自然形態의 樣式化에 관한 연구

Abstract

人間은 자연적 환경조건의 영향을 받으며, 이러한 自然은 인간의 조형적 창작활동의 소재가 되고 작가들은 그 자연속에서 새로운 美를 발견하고, 체험하며 形象化 해왔다. 따라서 현대예술은 보다 더 강한 자기자신의 표현을 위해 새로운 소재의 개발과 기법에의 탐구가 이루어지게 되었다. 이러한 현상은 염색공예에서도 예외는 아니어서 기능적인 작품은 물론 새롭고 다양한 표현양식으로 작가의 주관과 미의식에 따라 조형예술로서의 가치추구를 위한 작품으로도 제작되고 있다. 또한 조형적 실험은 시각에 대한 새로운 인식을 부여하고 여러가지 시각적 탐구와 표현수단의 효과에 대한 연구로 자신의 이미지를 형상화 하고있다. 따라서 본 연구는 염색에 있어 종래의 표현양식과 기법에서 탈피하여 다원화된 현대미술의 상황속에서 재료, 기법, 형식등에서 독특한 표현세계를 구축하며 염색이 갖는 표현가능성을 개발하려는데 目的이 있다. 이러한 目的을 위하여 Ⅱ장 이론적 배경에서 시시각과 자연대상의 미적표현에 대하여 고찰하고 Ⅲ장 방법론에서는 표현소재, 표현대상의 관찰 표현양식 그리고 표현기법에 대하여 연구하고 Ⅳ장에서는 작품제작과 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결론에 도달하였다. 첫째, 시시각의 이론의 연구를 통하여 사물을 새롭게 인식하는 창조적인 시시각의 필요성을 재 인식 하였으며, 자연의 가치는 개성적 직관으로 새로운 세계가 창조되어 형상화되었을때 영원한 예술로서의 가치가 인정됨을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 자연대상을 연구자의 주관에 따라 변형하여 표현하는 과정을 통해 시각적 시점에서 추출된 형태의 造形的 再構成은 일상적인 視界에 새로운 미적 감동을 줄 수 있음을 알게 되었다. 셋째, 소재로 선정한 꽃, 나무등은 본 연구자의 내면세계의 表現을 위한 적절한 대상이였으며, 염료와 섬유의 특성파악이나 표현상의 어려움은 있으나 염색만이 지닐 수 있는 독특한 기법과 양식의 표현가능성을 알 수 있었다. 동색계의 배색에서 다소 단조로움은 아쉬우나 실험적인 연구로 보다 차원높은 제작활동의 계기가 될 것으로 믿어진다. 현대미술의 표현과 기법이 다양화하는 것처럼 염색의 기법 또한 여러가지 기법을 응용함으로써 새로운 조형세계를 구축할 수 있을 것으로 생각한다. 따라서 창조적이며, 새로운 충동을 줄수있는 작품을 제작하기 위해서는 이론적 원리나, 일정한 기법에만 의존함이 없는 창조적 제작활동이 지속되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.;Artists are affected by the nature environment, and they use this nature as the material of formative creation. Artists find and experience a new beauty in this nature, and they make the form of it. Thus, in the modern art, artists accomplish the development of new materials and the research of techniques, for self-expression strongly. According to this trendency, the new and various modes of expression are appeared in the dyeing arts and crafts. Therefore, artists produce not only functional works, but also the works which pursuit the value of formative arts, according to the subjective view and the aesthetic consciousness of artists. Also the formative experiments provide new cognitions about the sense of sight. Artists make the form of own image variously, through the visual investigations and the researchs on the effect of expression means. Therefore, the purposes of this study are the development of dyeing's expression possibility and the establishment of unique expression world in materials, techniques and forms etc, getting out from the existing modes and techniques of expression. For the purposes of this study, in chapter Ⅱ the theoritical background, the aesthetic expression of visual-perception and nature object is studied. In chapter Ⅲ the method, the materials, modes and techniques of expression and the observation about the object of expression are studied. In chapter Ⅳ the conclusion, it is attained through analysis and work making. Thus, the results of this study are as follows. 1. The necessity of creative visual-perception which understands things newly in recognized again, through the study of visual-perception' theory. And I know that the value of nature is acknowledged as a permanent art, only when the value is made as form, creating a new world, by a individual intuition. 2. I know that the formative re-composition of form by a visual point give a new aesthetic impression over the ordinary visual field, through the process which is expressed the nature object by own subjective view. 3. The chosen flowers and trees are appropriate objects, in order to express my inner world. And I know the unique techniques of dyeing and the expression possibility of dyeing modes, in spite of the difficulties in expression and character grasping of dyes and textiles. I think that the distritution of same color part lacks a variety, but the experimental study will give the motive of making for the high level. Also the techniques of dyeing will estabilish a new formative world through the application of various techniques, likewise the diversification of expressions and techniques in the modern art. Therefore, I think that the creative works must be made continually, getting out from the uniform techniques and the theoritical principles, in order to make creative works which can give a new motive.
