Thalictrum tuberiferum maximowicz의 4금 鹽基性 性質에 관한 硏究

Abstract

Methanol extract of the roots of Thalictrum tuberiferum Maximowicz was fractionated into three parts: ether soluble, chloroform soluble, and water soluble parts. From the aqueous layer, Comp.1 was isolated. Comp.1, a brown substance, m.p. 250 ∼ 252˚, C_(20)H_(24)NO_(4)C_(1) was identified to be magnoflorine chloride by chemical and spectral analysis.;韓國 特産인 산꿩의 다리 (Thalictrum tuberiferum Maximowicz) 地下部의 methanol extract를 ether층, chloroform층 몇 수층으로 分劃하였다. 그중 수층인 4급 alkaloid가 silica gel TLC에서 3개의 alkaloid spot를 나타냄을 確認하였으며, 4급 phenol성 alkaloid를 silica gel column chromatography에 의해 物質을 달리하였다(Compound 1). Compound 1은 m.p. 250∼252°의 염기성 물질로 각종 화학적 방법과 분광학적 방법으로 Magnoflorine chloride로 同定하였다.
