체질에 따른 여대생의 Salivary SIgA 함량 비교 분석에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 건강한 여대생을 대상으로 권^(1)의 이론에 따른 각 체질의 Secretory Immunoglobulin A함량을 Radial Immuno Diffusion방법으로 분석하였다. 또한 타액의 SIgA함량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위하여 체질에 따른 식품섭취, 수면시간, 영양섭취상태, Cornell Medical Index에 의한 건강상태를 설문조사하였다. 각 체질의 타액을 혼합하였을 때 의 SIgA함량도 분석하였다. 설문조사결과와 타액의 SIgA함량분석결과에서 체질간의 유의적 차이를 조사하였으며, 타액의 SIgA함량과 체질에 따른 식품섭취도, 수면시간, 영양섭취상태와 Cornell Medical Index에 의한 건강상태와의 상관관계를 살펴보았다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 식품섭취도, 수면시간, 영양섭취상태, Cornell Medical Index에 의한 건강상태에서 체질간에 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 2. 타액의 SIgA함량은 체질간에 유의적인 차이가 있었다. 3. 각 체질의 타액을 혼합하였을 때 SIgA함량은 전반적으로 내려갔고, 수양과 목양, 수양과 토양의 경우는 올라갔다. 4. 타액의 SIgA함량과 수면시간과의 상관관계는 토양체질에서만 음적상관관계가 나타났다. 5. 타액의 SIgA함량과 영양섭취상태와의 상관관계에서 수양체질만이 단백질이 증가할수록, 열량중의 단백질비가 증가할수록 SIgA함량이 증가하는 양적상관관계를 나타내었다. 6. 타액의 SIgA함량과 Cornell Medical Index에 의한 상관관계는 수음체질에서만 피로도가 증가할수록 SIgA함량이 감소하는 음적 상관관계를 나타내었다.;This study was performed to analysis with Radial Immune Diffusion(RID) salivary SIgA concentration of healthy university women who had vary constitutions based on kwon's theory. Salivary SIgA concentration's affecting factors-food preference, sleeping time, nutrient intake and cornell Medical Index-were considered. Also Interaction of mixing every two Salivary SIgA among seven constitutions were analysis with RID. The following results were made by the analysis. 1. There was no significant difference among constitutions in food preference, sleeping time, nutrient intake and Cornell Medical Index health score. 2. Salivary Slg concentration was significant difference among constitutions. 3. Interaction of mixing every two saliva among seven constitutions were reduced. But Renotonia and Hepatotonia, Renotonia and Pancretonia were elevated. 4. Correlation between salivary SIgA and sleeping time was negative in Pancretonia constitution. 5. Correlation between salivary SIgA and nutrient intake in Renotonia, Salivary Sl8A and Protein, Salivary SIgA and Protein/calorie were positive. 6. Correlation between salivary SIgA and Cornell Medical Index health score in Vesicotonia, Salivary SIgA and fatigue score was negative.
