Abstract
우리나라산 삼치의 내장에 존재하는 L-ornithine aminotransferase ( OAT )의 활성을 측정한 결과 다음과 같았다. L-ornithine aminotransferase는 mitochondria fraction에 50∼66%, cytosol fraction에 19∼36% 존재하였다. 내장 각 부위의 OAT의 비활성도는 간 > 심장 > 신장 > 장 > 위 > 정소 > 난소 > 이자의 크기로 나타났다. OAT의 optimum pH는 7.3이었으며, 기질인 L-ornithine과 α-ketoglutaric acid에 대한 Michaelis 상수는 각각 21mM과 5.2mM이었다. 또한 inhibitor인 L-valine의 해리상수( Ki )는 7.93 mM이었다.;L-Ornithine aminotransferase (OAT) was studied in internal organs of Korean Scomberomorus niphonius. This Studies included the enzyme activity and physical properties of OAT. The results obtained were as follows. As the result of cell fractionation for each internal organ mitochondria fraction had contained OAT about 50-66%, and cytosol fraction had contained OAT about 19-36%. The specific activity of OAT in the internal organs was found to be: liver > heart > kidney > intestine > stomach > testes > ovaries > spleen. The pH optimum of OAT was approximate 7.3. The Michaelis constant obtained for L-ornithine and α-ketoglutaric acid were shown to be 21 mM and 5.2 mM, respectively, and Ki values (dissociation constant) for L-valine was 7.93 mM.
