정상 흰쥐의 임신중 혈청내 Lipoprotein의 변화

Abstract

This present study was undertaken to determine the pattern of changes in serum protein and lipoproteins in pregnant rat. We have measured lipoprotein composition in age mathed non-pregnant and pregnant rats in early and late gestation (days 7 and 20). The results are follows: 1. Serum protein has increased significantly i n pregnant rat (days 7 and 20). 2. Cholesterol contents of serum VLDL, LDL and HDL increased markedly in early gestation (days 7) and has tendency to decrease in late gestation (days 20). 3. Triglyceride contents of serum VLDL and LDL has increased markedly in early gestation (days 7) except in HDL. In conclusion, the hyperlipidemia of pregnancy is well recognized although the mechanisms responsible for its development remain unknown and need to be investigated further.;임신중 모체 혈액 내 각종 지방대사에 이상이 생기고 그로 인하여 hyperlipidemia의 현상이 일어나는 것은 잘 알려진 사실이다. 저자는 흰쥐를 사용하여 임신중 혈청 내 단백질, cholesterol 및 triglyceride의 함량 변화를 관찰함과 동시에 각종 lipoprotein 내 단백질, cholesterol 및 triglyceride 함량이 임신 경과에 따라 변동함을 관찰하여 아래와 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 혈청 단백질은 비임신 흰쥐에 비하여 임신한 흰쥐-임신7일 임신 20일 두 군에서 모두 증가하고 있었다. 2. 혈청 VLDL(very low density lipoprotein), LDL(low density lipoprotein), HDL(high density lipoprotein) 내 cholesterol 함량은 임신 20일군에서는 감소하는 경향이었다. 3. 혈청 내, VLDL(very low density lipoprotein), LDL(low density lipoprotein) 내 triglyceride 함량은 임신 7일군에 있어 크게 증가되었고 HDL(high density lipoprotein) 내 있어서는 약간 감소하였다. 이상의 결과로 임신 중에는 각중 지질함량이 증가됨을 알았고 이 지질대사 이상이 임신 중에 있음을 감안하여 이에 대한 규명과 대책이 요구된다고 생각된다.
