사매(Duchesnea indica(Andr.) Focke)의 生理活性에 관한 硏究

Abstract

The whole plant of Duchesnea indica (Andr。) Focke(Rosaceae) (abbreviated in DI) has been used as a folk medicine in treating amenorrhea, inflammation, fever, and traumatic injuries, detoxifying, and breaking up clots。 The pharmacological tests conducted to clarify the activity of DI showed that DI H_(2)O extract had an estrogenic action and histaminergic action, but no antiserotonin action。 As a result of systematic separation in order to detect the active compounds revealing the estrogenic effect, the active compounds were found in the ether fraction。 TLC of the ether fraction revealed 8 spots. Among them three major spots( Rf = 0.54, 0.37, 0.31 ) are separated by preparative TLC。 Some chemical properties of those major spots suggested that they were neither chloroplast nor linoleic acid and β-sitosterol reported before.;통경, 해열, 소염제로 알려져 있는 사매 Duchesnea indica(Andr.) Focke(Rosaceae) 全草의 水性 엑기스는 Estrogen 效能 作用, Histamine 劾能 作用을 나타냄을 예비적으로 確認하였다. estrogenic activity의 활성 성분의 分離를 目的으로 수층을 ether, n-butanol 및 aqueous로 분획하여 動物 實驗을 한 結果, ether fr.에서 생리작용이 가장 강하게 나타났다. 그리하여 이 ether분획에저 생리 활성 물질을 分離하고저 TLC(silicagel G)한 結果 8개의 반점이 分離됨을 確認하였으며, 그 중 뚜렷한 3개의 반점의 물질들은 모두 330 nm이하의 흡수 파장을 나타내므로 엽록체는 아닌 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 이화학적 및 분광학적 實驗으로 이미 分離 報告되어 있는 linoleic acid나 β-sitosterol이 아닌 化合物임을 알 수 있었다.
