노랑초파리의 중장에 있어서의 α-amylase에 관한 연구

Abstract

초파리 중장의 α-amylase활성타입과 발생속도와의 관계를 추궁하기 위하여 한국산 노랑초파리(D.melanogaster)의 5가지 계통 (서울-아현동, 서울-신촌, 서울-정능동, 진주, 제주)에서 발생 속도별로 중장의 α-amylase타입을 I /KI 염색법에 의하여 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 자연상태와 실험실집단의 초파리에서 14종류의 α-amylase 활성타입이 발견되었으며, 그 중에서 123 12활성타입의 빈도가 가장 높았다. 2. 자연상태에서 관찰되었던 활성타입의 종류가 실험실집단에서는 관찰되지 않았고, 자연상태에서는 없었던 새로운 종류의 활성타입이 실험실집단에서 발견되었다. 3. 아현동, 제주, 진주계통은 배단계에서 활성타입과 발생속도와의 관련성이 농후하고, 유충단계에서는 정능동계통만이 관련성이 크며, 번데기단계에서는 아현동, 정능동, 제주계통이 관련성이 있다. 4. 5가지 계통중에서 신촌계통은 배, 유충, 번데기단계에서 아무런 관련성을 찾아볼 수 없었다. 5. 중장에서 α-amylase활성을 나타내는 부위의 수와 발생속도와의 관계에 있어서는 일반적으로 활성부위의 수가 많을수록 발생속도가 느리고, 부위의 수가 적을수록 발생속도가 빠른 것으로 나타났다. 6. 이상으로 미루어 balancing selection이 배, 유충, 번데기단계의, 발생속도를 조절하는 인자빈도와 amylase의 조절인자 빈도에 모두 영향을 미친다고 본다.;In order to find the relationship between α-amylase activity types and developmental rates in 5 strains of D.melanogaster in Korea, α-amylase activity types of the midgut were examined by I/KI reagent. The results obtained were as follows: 1. In flies of natural and laboratory populations, 123 12 activity type was found to be the most frequent in 5 strains. 2. New activity types not found in natural populations were observed in laboratory populations, while some of activity types disappeared. 3. Four strains exhibited partly significant correlation of variation in the numbers of α-amylase activity regions and the developmental rates of their embryos, larvae, and pupae without Shinch'on strain. 4. Individuals with more regions of α-amylase activity developed more slowly than those with amylase activity of only one or two out of five parts of adult midguts.
