아동기의 감정조망 발달에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 아동기에서 타인에 대한 감정추론의 발달을 알아보려고 하였다. 본 연구자가 알아보고자 하는 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감정적 조망수용(affective perspective taking)능력이 나이와 성별에 따라 어떻게 발달하는가? 둘째, 서로 일치하지 않는 얼굴표정단서와 상황단서를 일치시키는 능력이 학년에 따라 변화하는가? 세째, 불일치조건에서 얼굴표정단서와 상황단서에 대한 아동의 반응은 어떠한가? 실험은 유치원 아동, 국민학교 1학년, 6학년 아동, 각 24 명씩 총 72 명의 피험자에게 실시하였다. 측정도구로는 24장의 그림이 사용되었다. 즉, 상황만 나타난 그림, 얼굴표정만 나타난 그림, 상황단서와 얼굴표정이 일치하는 그림과 일치하지 않는 그림으로 각 6장씩 사용하였으며 비언어적 반응그림 세가지도 같이 사용했다. 실험결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 감정적 조망수용능력에서 의의있는 성별차이가 발견되었으며 학년에 따라 증가하였다. 2. 학년이 높아짐에 따라 불일치단서를 일치시키는 능력이 증가한다. 3. 학년이 높아질수록 얼굴표정단서와 상황단서가 일치하는 않는 경우 상환단서에 더 주의를 두었다.;The study was to investigate the development of inferring the feelings of others. Three question were asked. 1. Is the development of affective prespective taking marked by grade and sex differences? 2. Are there change with age in children's ability to integrate conflicting affective information? 3. Is there a developmental shift from the use of situational cues to the use of facial expressive cues for inferring emotions? The total number of the subject was 72. They were com- posed of three groups: 24 Preschool Children, 24 first grade and Sixth grade of Elementary school. In affective perspective taking test, 24 drawings that depicted the character in different situations that evoked the emotions of happiness, sadness and fear. Result of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. There were differences of sex and grade in affective perspective taking. 2. Ability to integrate conflicting affective cue was increased as the high grade move up. 3. Older Children are significantly more likely than younger ones to make affective judgment consistant with situation
