水泳運動이 흰쥐의 血液成分과 體重 및 各 器管의 무게에 미치는 影響

Abstract

現代科學 文明의 發達과 함께 스포츠의 科學化도 活發하여져, 效果的이고 妥富性 있는 硏究活動이 여러 分野에서 이루어지고 있다. 身體訓練(Phisical Exercise)에 있어 여러 活動과 環墳에 따라 身體에 일어나는 裵化를 測定하여 이를 訓定에 適用하는 質과 量의 適合性과 適切性을 挑出하는 硏究는 重要한 課題의 하나라 할 수 있다 本 論文은 動物實驗의 方法으로 訓練을 通해서 얻을 수 있는 劾果卽, 水泳運動이 흰쥐의 血液性分과 體重, 各 器管의 무게에 미치는 影響을 硏究한 것이다. 運動의 效果를 測定할 수 있는 簡準하고도 效果的인 方法은 血液成分의 裵化에서 나타날수 있기때문에 本 硏究에서는 Sprague-Dawley系統의 生後 4週된 흰쥐 40마리를 對象으로 水泳訓練을 시켰다. 實驗結果, 血液成分의 變化는 多樣한 形態를 보여주었으며 特히 赤血球의 增加와 헤바토크릿 및 헤모글로빈 量의 增加가 뚜렷이 나타났다. 各 器管의 무게는 訓練强度에 따라 變化를 보여 주었으며 生體의 適應現狀이 나타났다. 이것은 곧 短期問의 水泳訓練이 實驗對象의 生體에 效果的으로 適用되었음을 보여 주는 것이라 할 수 있다.;This study was to analyse the blood and change of each organ weight for 40 male Sprague-Dawley white rats which trained for two week and four week periods. The results are as follows : 1. The difference of blood contents between experimental and control group was quite dependent upon each parameter. 2. The training of these rats resulted in an increase in red blood cell, Hematocrit, and Hemoglobin. 3. The followings came up with according to the intensity of training ; the development of heart muscle the decrease in liver and body weight the increase in Adrenalin Gland 4. A living body grew up, being adapted, as long-range training went on. 5. The training program showed sensitive response in a living body.
