dc.description.abstractNicardipine은 혈관이완작용과 말초저항성 감소로 혈압강하를 나타내고, Propranolol은 β-adrenoceptor를 비선택적으로 차단하여 혈압강하를 일으키고, Metoprolol은 β_(1)-adrenoceptor를 선택적으로 차단하여 혈압강하를 일으킨다는 보고가 있어, Propranolol과 Metoprolol이 혈압 및 심박동수에 미치는 영향을 각각 단독으로 투여하였을때와 Nicardipine 전 처리한 후 Propranolol과 Metoprolol을 투여 하였을때의 혈압 및 심박동수에 미치는 영향을 비교 관찰하였다. 1. 흰쥐의 대퇴정맥에 Nicardipine 1mg/kg을 단독으로 투여하였을때 현저한 혈압강하작용을 일으켰고, 심박동수는 Nicardipine 주입 초기에는 감소하였으나, 약물 주입 50분후에는 점차 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 2. Propranolol단독 투여로 혈압강하 및 심박동 감소작용이 나타났으며 Nicardipine 전 처치로 Propranolol의 혈압강하작용은 계속 유의적인 증가작용이 있었으나 심박동 감소작용에는 크게 영향을 미치지 않았다. 3. Metoprolol 단독 투여로 서서히 나타난 혈압강하효과는 Nicardipine 전 처치후 즉시 혈압강하작용이 나타나, 단독 투여군에 비하여 약물 투여후 30분간 유의적인 감소를 나타냈고, Metoprolol으로 나타난 심박동 감소 효과도 Nicardipine 전 처치로 40분간 유의적인 감소를 나타내었다.;Nicardipine causes hypotensive action by vasodilatation and peripheral resistance decrease. It has been reported that the hypotensive action of propranolol resulted from nonselective β-adrenoceptor blocking action and that of metoprolol resulted from selective β_(1)-adrenoceptor blocking action. This study was to compare the changes of blood pressure and heart rate when propranolol or metoprolol was administred alone, and when nicardipine was pretreatmented. The results were as follows: 1. The intravenous administration of nicardipine (1mg/kg) to rats decreased blood pressure markedly and heart rate was increased gradually after first stage decrease. 2. The intravenous administration of propranolol (10mg/kg) to rats resulted in decrease of blood pressure and heart rate. when nicardipine was pretreated before 30 minutes to the injection of propranolol, the hypotensive action of propranolol was increased, but the heart rate was not changed. 3. The hypotensive action appeared slowly during 30 minutes after administration of metoprolol alone, while it was decreased rapidly when nicardipine was pretreated.
