원·룸 시스템 아파트의 실내디자인에 관한 연구

Abstract

人間의 生活은 그 時代나 生活水準의 向上과 더불어 分化되고 發展하여 生活機能에 맞는 空間을 創造하여 왔다. 現代 文明의 發展은 인간 생활양식과 의식구조를 變化시킴과 동시에 生活水準을 크게 向上시켜, 精神的으로나 物質的으로 좀 더 놓은 次元의 快適한 生活空間을 새로이 追咎하기에 이르렀다. 최근에 와서 새로운 建築技法이 多樣하게 展開되어, 보다 나은 生活 空間을 확보하기 위한 하나의 努力으로서, 새로운 面貌를 보여주는 원·룸 시스템은 分化된 기능을 갖는 住宅에서 다시 結合으로 志向된, 한층 더 機能的이며 高度化되고, 動線의 便利를 圖謀한 方式이다. 원·룸 시스템 아파트는 特히 獨身者나 夫婦를 위한 小型의 아파트에 적합한 形態로서 구조의 單一化에 따라 建築費를 줄이며 空間을 有機的 渾然一體로 할 수 있는 利點이 있다. 또한 室內 디자인에 있어서도 個性있고 可變性 있는 多樣한 디자인을 展開시켜 나갈 수 있다. 本 硏究의 目的은 점점 좁아지는 空間을 최대한으로 活用하여, 住生活의 一元化를 꾀할 수 있는 새로운 住居 패턴으로서의 원·룸 시스템 아파트를 제시, 보다 便利하고 實用性있는 快適한 生活環境을 造成하려는데 있다. 本 硏究는 다음과 같은 방법으로 進行되었다. 1. 第 Ⅰ章에서는 硏究의 目的 및 硏究의 方法을 敍述하였다. 2. 第 Ⅱ章에서는 원·룸 시스템 아파트의 正確한 槪念 및 必要性대해서 서술하였다. 3. 第 Ⅲ章에서는 원·룸 시스템 아파트 방식을 소형 아파트에 도입해 보았고 또한 원·룸 시스템 아파트의 공간분석을 시도하였다. 4. 第 Ⅳ章은 원·룸 시스템 아파트의 실내공간계획으로서 공간계획을 基本方向, 기본방법, 평면계획, 가구디자인 및 배치계획, 조명계획, 색채계획, 장식적요소, 실내마감계획등으로 전개시켰다. 5. 끝으로 第Ⅴ章은 원·룸 시스템 아파트의 특성과 本 硏究의 진행결과에 대하여 서술하는 것으로 결론지었다.;The living pattern of persons has been differentiated and developed according to the times and the enhencement of the standard of living, and the living spaces have been created to be suitable for the functions of living. The development of modern culture not only has changed the living style and the conscousness structure of persons, but also has improved the standard of living, and everyone come to desire to occupy more agreeable living space for getting mental and materialistic comforts. Recently, the architectures are being developed newly and persons come to choose the one-room system which is one of a few ways so as to occupy wider space. This one-room system is highly functional and convenient style, and it is the new modified system being transmuted the house with differentiated functions into that with combined functions. Also it is the system for diminishing the unnecessary morements as much as possible, and especially good style for the unmarried persons or the young couples. While the cost for building in this system can be reduced by the unification of structure, it has the merit the interior space can be united in perfect harmony. In case of one-room system, the personality and the variety can be represented better and various design can be developed also. The purpose of this study is to use the narrow space more effectively and spaciously, and one-room system apartment is recommended for this. One-room system apartment which is studied is the new pattern for making up a practical, comfortable and pleasant environment of residence. The orientation of this study is as follows; 1. Chap. Ⅰ - the purpose and the plan for study. 2. Chap. Ⅱ - the conception and the necessity of one-room system apartment. 3. Chap. Ⅲ - the introduction of one-room system into the small size apartment, and the analysis of space contruction. 4. Chap. Ⅳ - The plans for interior space, which the method of interior design for one-room system apartment is applied, are subdivided into eight parts as followings; a) the basic orientation b) the basic method c) Floor Plan d) the plan for furniture design and arrangement e) the plan for illumination f) the plan for coloration g) the decoration and so forth h) the plan for interior finishing 5. Chap. Ⅴ - the consideration about the peculiarity and the conclusion this study.
