Aloe arborescence가 임신 흰쥐의 자궁, 태반 및 혈액중의 PGF₂α의 함량에 미치는 영향

Abstract

Aloe arboresence가 임산부에게 투여시 유산·조산의 위험이 있다는 많은 보고가 있으며, 자궁수축작용이 있다는 in vitro in situ test가 보고된 바 있어, Aloe arboresence에 의한 자궁수축작용과 자궁수축물질로 알려진 Prostaglandin F_(2)α의 함량과의 관련성을 알아 보고자 임신 흰쥐에게 Aloe arborescence조분말을 경구 투여하고 분만중인 흰쥐의 자궁, 태반, 혈액중의 Prostag1andin F_(2)α의 함량과 임신 제6일째 흰쥐의 혈액중의 Prostaglandin F_(2)α함량을 Radioimmuno assay 법으로 각각 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 임신 제1일부터 제6일까지 1일1회 Aloe arborescence조분말을 120㎎/㎏ 경구투여한 흰쥐의 혈액중의 함량이 대조군에 비하여 44.1 % 증가되었다. 2) 임신 제15일부터 분만일까지 1일1회 Aloe arborescence 60㎎/㎏을 경구투여시 분만중인 흰쥐의 Prostaglandin F_(2)α함량이 대조군에 비하여 자궁에서 48.8%, 태반에서 39.9% 혈액에서 40.7% 증가되었다. 이상의 결과로 Aloe arborescence 의 자궁수축작용은 Aloe arborescence에 의한 Prostaglandin F_(2)α의 함량증가와 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 사료된다.;It has been reported that the uterine contractility was in-duced by Aloe arborescence in pregnant and non-pregnant rat, rabit and dog. The purpose of this work was to investigate the effect of Aloe arborescence on the PGF_2α concentration in uterus, placenta and serum of pregnant rat. Crude powder of Aloe arborescence was administered orally to pregnant rats. Level of PGF_2α in uterus, placenta and serum of pregnant rats were measured by Radioimmuno assay method. The summarized results are as follows; I) PGF_2α level in blood of Aloe arborescence administered rats (120mg/kg) from the first day to the sixth day after gesta-tion was incresed by 44.1% in comparison with control group. 2) PGF_2α level in uterus, placenta and blood of Aloe arbore-scence administered rats (60mg/kg) from the 15th day to the deli-very day were increased by 48.8%, 39.9% and 40.7% respectively in comparison with control group.
