心理的 不安이 運動遂行에 미치는 影響

Abstract

이 硏究의 目的은 不安이 運動遂行에 미치는 영향을 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해서 先行의 연구결과와 이론을 근거로 하여 1) 평상시의 特性不安과 비교하여 시합시의 狀態不安은 높아지며 2) 不安의 증가에 따라 시합시의 기록은 평상시의 기록보다 저조해지며 3) 特性不安과 狀態不安이 높을수록 평상시의 기록과 시합기록이 저조할 것이라는 가설을 세웠다. 서울시내에 소재하고 있는 중.고등학교의 양궁선수 56명을 임의로 선정하여 Spielberger의 STAI(State-Trait Anxiety Inventory)를 이용하여 평상시의 特性不安과 평상시의 기록, 시합 30분전의 狀態不安과 시합기록을 측정하였다. 각 선수별로 수집된 不安의 정도와 양궁기록을 토대로 평균을 산출하고, 각 문제별로 t-검증을 하였다. 연구결과는, 1) 평상시의 特性不安과 비교하여 시합시의 狀態不安은 증가하고, 2) 不安狀態의 증가에 따라 시합시의 기록은 평상시의 기록에 비해 저하되었으며, 3) 特性不安과 狀態不安이 높을수록 각각 평상시 기록과 시합기록이 저하하였음을 나타내었다. 이상의 결과는 運動遂行이 遂行者의 不安水準과 否的으로 관련되어 있으며 양궁에서는 不安水準이 높을수록 記錄이 저하된다는 結論을 提示해 주었다. 또한, 不安水準과 記錄과의 否的關係는 不安과 運動遂行과의 關係를 說明하고 있는 慾求理論이나 適正水準理論의 豫言과 一致하지 않았다.;Using a total of 56 junior and senior high school archery players as subjects, the present investigation attempted to determine the effect of anxiety on motor performance, i.e., archery performance. By means of Spielberger's STAI (Form X-Ⅰ & X-Ⅱ), subjects were measured in terms of their trait and state anxiety levels at an ordinary time and 30 minutes before the match, respectively. Also obtained were two archery performance scores, one two days after the trait anxiety test and the other 30 minutes after the state anxiety test. The two anxiety scores along with the archery scores were subsequently submitted to t-tests and F-tests in term of the proposed research problems. The analysis of data revealed that: 1. the archery players became more anxious immediately before the contest as compared to the ordinary time. 2. the increases level of anxiety prior to the game was closely associated withe the ledvl of performance; the archery performance deteriorated as the anxiety level increased. 3. the obtained relationship between anxiety level and archery performance was incongruous with the prediction based on either the drive theory or the optimal theory.
