정상소아와 아토피성 환아의 혈청IgE 측정

Abstract

IgE는 알레르기반응중 즉시적 과민반응에서 reagin으로 작용해 알레르기 질환의 임상증세를 일으킨다고 하며 혈청내 IgE치의 측정은 아토피성 질환의 진단에 큰 의미를 갖는다. 이에 저자는 한국의 정상소아와 아토피성 질환을 가진 환아를 포함한 총 193명의 혈청 IgE치를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 정상대조군에서의 혈청 IgE치는 신생아기에는 2.21±13.56 IU/ml, 1개월∼1세군에서는 13.78±36.70 IU/ml, 1세∼3세군은 39.64±96.80 IU/ml, 3세∼5세군은 63.38±116.08 IU/ml, 5세∼13세군은 95.79±189.76 IU로 연령이 증가함에 따라 IgE치가 증가하였다. 2. 아토피성 질환군에서의 혈청 IgE치는 1개월∼1세군에서는 82.79±400.18 IU/ml, 1세∼3세군은 190.49±532.54 IU/ml, 3세∼5세군은 250.62±503. 54 IU/ml, 5세∼13세군은 483.68±719.46 IU/ml로 모든 연령군에서 아토피성 질환군의 IgE치가 정상 대조군보다 유의성있게 높았다. 3. 연령군의 구분없이 정상대조군의 혈청 IgE치 150 IU/ml(mean + 2SD)를 기준으로 했을때 150 IU/ml이상이 정상대조군에서는 5.19 %인데 비하여, 아토피성 질환군에서는 48.28 %로 양군간에 매우 유의한 차이가 있었다.;IgE has reaginic antibody activity in immediate type hypersensitivity reaction and measurements of total serum IgE would be an additional diagnostic information for atopic diseases. The purpose of this study is to estimate serum IgE levels of control subjects and to compare these levels with IgE Levels of atopic patients. The results obtained are as following; 1. Mean serum IgE levels of control subjects were 2.21±13.56IU/ml in newborn, 13.78±36.70IU/ml in 1 month- 1 year age group, 39.64±96.80IU/ml in 1-3 years, 63.38±116.08IU/ml in 3-5 years and 95.79±189.76IU/ml in 5-13 years and IgE levels increased the advancing age. 2. Mean serum IgE levels of atopic patients were 82.79±400.18IU/ml in 1 month-1 year age group, 190.49±532.54IU/ml in 1-3 years, 250.62±503.58IU/ml in 3-5 rears, and 483.68±719.46IU/ml in 5-13 years. Serum IgE levels of atopic patients were significantly higher than those of control subjects in all age groups. 3. Serum IgE levels were higher than 150IU/ml in 5.19% of control subjects, and 48.28% of atopic patients. There was significantly difference between control subjects and atopic patients.
