心像을 통한 色彩空間 硏究

Abstract

제2차 세계 대전 후 일어난 여러 미술 운동들 가운데서 인간의 無意識的이고 超理性的인 內而世界에서 自動記述(Automatic Writing)을 발견케한 超 現實主義와 자동기법이 發展되어 抽象 表現主義가 誕生되었다. 이는 심리학자 프로이드(Sigmund. Freud, 1856~1939)의 精神分析 入門에서 언급한 潛在意識과 융(Carl. Jung, 1875~1961)이 精神分析學에서 말하고 있는 人間精神의 전면적 解放에 관한 理論을 토대로 한 것이다. 이 抽象 表現主義는 人間의 深層 깊이 潛在하는 無意識의 世界로 想像力을 擴張시켰고 뒤이어 1950年代 Pop Art, Action Painting, Hard edge, 1960年代 Op Art, Minimal Art, Monochrome Painting 등으로 展開된다. 본 硏究는 추상 표현주의의 理論을 基盤으로 본인의 生活經驗 속에서의 체험과 지울 수 없는 記憶들에의해 축적되어 있는 內面世界를 청색을 주로하여 表現하였다. 이 內面世界는 無意識的이고 偶然的 思考로 이루어진 크고 작은 덩어리(mass)와 환상적 형태를 서정 추상으로 畵面空間에 表現했다. 이론적 基盤에 있어 內容的인 面에서는 융(C.Jung)의 이미지 硏究와 프로이드(S.Freud)의 潛在意識에 관한 硏究, 피카소(Pablo.Picasso, 1881~1973)의 청색시대 硏究와 方法的인 面에서 마더웰(Robort.Motherwell, 1915~)의 화면 공간성과 現代 作家인 골피노폴로스(Perter. Golfinopouls, 1928~)의 作品을 硏究 分析하여 接近해봄으로써 회화공간에 나타난 表面的 特徵과 색채, 그 내부의 深層的 內面世界를 추구했다.;After World War Ⅱ, there appeared those various art movements. Among them, the Abstract Expressionism was developed by the Surrealism as well as the Automatic Method to provide the Liberty and the unconcious, sur-rational internal world of human being through the Automatic Writing. It was An Introduction to Psychoanalysis by S. Freud (1856-1939)'s and C.G. Jung (1875-1961)'s A Theory of Psychoanalysis that Abstract Expressionism was based on. This Abstract Expressionism extended the range of imagination to the world of subconsciousness deeply latent in human mind. And it has been followed by not only Pop Art, Action Painting and Hard-edge in 1950's, but also Op Art, Minimal Art and Monochrome Painting in 1960's. In this study, the Abstract Expressionism is made to be based on the theory but not on the method. Added to it, it is in blue that my own life experience and meaningful memories are expressed. The internal world represents the great or small mass and fanciful form through the unconscious and accidental thought in the painting space. There could be many approches in this study. Sigmund Freud (1856-1939)'s subconsciousness and Carl Jung (1875-1961)'s dream-like imageries are available in theoretical part and in content Pablo Picasso (1881-1973)'s Blue Period. Motherwell (1915- )'s painting space and the present painter's, Peter Golfinopoulos'(1928- ), are focused and studied in methodology. And so it could be possible that the characteristics of picture surface and the internal deep meaning in colour are explicated simultaneously.
