산업훈련에 있어서 체제적 접근의 교수설계 적용에 관한 연구

Abstract

Ⅰ. 서 론 오늘날의 산업사회는 끊임없이 변화하고 있으며 사회의 발전은 그 사회의 인력개발과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 이러한 인력개발은 학교교육 외에 산업훈련을 요구하게 되는데 산업훈련을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 체제적 접근의 교수설계의 적용이 절실히 요구된다. 본 연구의 목적은 산업훈련에 있어서 체제적 접근의 교수설계에 대한 이론적 배경을 살펴보고, Hamreus의 교수체계설계 모형을 적용한 산업훈련 프로그램의 효과를 실험 검증하는데 있다. Ⅱ. 연구문제 본 연구에서 밝히려는 문제는 다음과 같다. Hamreus의 교수체제설계 모형을 적용한 실험집단과 종래의 방법으로 학습한 비교집단간에 유의한 차가 있는가? 그리고 체제적 접근의 교수설계를 적용한 수업에 대해 학습자의 반응은 어떠한가? Ⅲ. 연구방법 및 절차 A . 실험대상 본 연구의 실험은 서울에 있는 P회사의 미용사원을 대상으로 실험집단(162명)과 비교집단(132명)으로 나누어서 실시하였다. B. 도 구 실험도구로는 Hamreus의 교수체제설계 모형을 기초로 고안된 교수-학습 지도안을 사용하였고, 학습성취도를 측정하기 위한 평가도구로 사전·사후검사를 개발하여 사용하였다. C . 실험 절차 1984년 9월 27일에 비교집단에게는 종전의 수업방식대로 진행되었고, 1984년 9월 28일에는 체제적 접근의 교수설계에 의한 교수-학습 지도안을 중심으로 실험집단에게 수업이 진행되었다. 비교집단과 실험집단에게 모두 사전 사후검사를 실시하였고 수업이 끝난 후 실험집단을 대상으로 의견조사를 실시하였다. D . 결과처리 실험집단과 비교집단간의 성취도의 차이는 1%수준 (t=3.19,p<0,01)에서 유의미하였다. 의견조사 결과로 체제적 접근의 교수설계를 적용한 수업에 대한 학습자의 반응은 호의적이었다. Ⅳ. 결 론 산업훈련에 있어서 체제적 접근의 교수설계의 적용은 학습성취도와 학습흥미 면에서 매우 효과적이다. 따라서 산업훈련에 체제적인 교수설계의 적용이 시급하며 앞으로 이 분야에 대한 계속적인 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.;As our society advances economically and technologically, the development of manpower becomes more important. As a result, effective industrial training is in great demanded. It seems to be evident that the systematic instruction is needed greatly in industrial training. The main purpose of this study was review the theoretical backgrounds about the systematic instruction and compare the effectiveness of the systematic instructional method and the conventional method in industrial training. For the systematic instructional method Hamreus' instructional system design model was applied in this study. The problem in this study were as follows; Is there significant difference between experimental group and comparative group? And what is the learner's response about instruction applied to systematic instructional method? The subjects of this study were 294 employees of P company in Seoul. The subjects were divided into two groups; the experimental group of 162 employees and the comparative group of 132 employees. The experimental group was taught by the systematic instructional method while the comparative group was taught by the conventional method. The pre-test and the post-test were given to both groups in order to compare the difference between two methods. The post-test score of the two groups was analyzed with T-test. The result indicated that the experimental group scored higher than the comparative group at 1% level (t=3.19, p<0.01). The questionnaire was distributed to the experimental group at the end of the experiment. The employees indicated that they favored the systematic instructional method in industrial training as a way of effective learning. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the systematic instructional design to industrial training program and the continuous research is demanded in this field.
