방위에 따른 낙엽의 분해율과 토양 미생물에 관한 연구

Abstract

The decomposition rate of litter and the number of soil microorganisms were measured on various orientation in deciduous oak forest in Mt. Yongam. And the chemical constituents of litter and soil were analyzed. The decomposition rate by orientation followed the order east >southeast >northwest >northeast >north >south >southwest >west. Of the chemical constitudents analyzed, original concentrations of Ca, carbohydrate were closely correlated with the decomposition rate. There was a close relation between the number of fungi and decomposition rate by orientation. However a little relationship existed between the number of bacteria and decomposition rate by orientation. The number of fungi and concentations of Ca, carbohydrate, Na correlated to each other. And the number of bacteria are related to concentation of phosphorus.;본 연구에서는 용암산의 참나무림에서 각 방위에 따른 낙엽의 분해율과 토양 미생물의 수를 측정하였고, 낙엽층과 토양의 화학적 구성 성분을 분석하였다. 방위에 따른 분해율을 조사한 결과는 동쪽이 가장 높고 남동, 북서, 북동, 북남, 남서, 서의 순으로 낮았다. 화학적 구성 성분을 분석한 결과는 낙엽층의 Ca^(++)과 C의 함량이 분해율과 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 방위에 따른 토양 fungi의 수와 분해율과의 상관관계를 조사한 결과, 유의한 상관이 있었으나, 박테리아의 경우는 분해율과의 상관이 유의하지 않았다. Ca^(++)의 농도와 C Na함량은 Fungi의 수와 정상관관계가 존재하였고, P의 함량은 박테리아의 수와 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
