문화공간으로서의 다목적 예술공간 디자인에 관한 연구

Abstract

We can often hear the words "THE KOREA AMONG THE WORLD".As far as it is the status that world concentrate their eyes on Korea, We need the space where human being can communicate directly each other to create our fruitful future in the spirit of nationalism and nationality. These means that it is necessary for the people who want to communicate the culture and want to escape from the urban life of the inflated city to prepare the place where the people can discuss each other to assist past, present 2nd future life. To meet such social requirements, this subject had been taken to study the MULTIPURPOSE ART SPACE. The design process are as below: CHAPTER Ⅰ An instruction, purpose, scope and method of this approach, CHAPTER Ⅱ Writer adopted the multy-study approach in order to develope theorise of MULTIPURPOSE ART SPACE design through documents and basic data survey, and have a lookout of its general ideas and facilities. CHAPTER Ⅲ Writer investigated domestic cultural facilities in the point of SEOUL, KOREA to find problems as follows: 1) The difference in quality among cultural facilities are very wide. 2) Existing cultural facilities are insufficient compare with current population of korea. 3) Small stage' s facilities are fall behind in their facility and well-established cultural facilities are too complicate to apply and expensive to use. CHAPTER Ⅳ The approach to express more functional, reasonable and beautiful designs are required to make new cultural space and their forms. CHAPTER Ⅴ As a result of the above research process, belows are the features of architectural form and interior design of the MULTIPURPOSE ART SPACE. 1) Select the site of NAM-SAN open-air concert hall 2s a place for the construction in order to match the physical features of a place. 2) Develop the building structure as a way from interior to exterior, namely method of form design by function. 3) Make it possible to transform and use the building by planning a single building structure one-room system rather than a general complex building form. 4) Make people feel the fascination of a new cultural space by adopting the starry and syrcmetricai of architecture enveloping the circular space as a size standard suitable for needed faciiities. 5) Raise the ratio of using lands and furnish visitors NAM- SAN as a resting place by planning and arrangizg property of subsidiary facilities such as open airstage, squares, clock tower and park. 6) Use property a revolving stage and elevating stage as interior environment design to make the fittest space for using form. 7) Give due consideration to the space planning and exclude inconvenience in using the first besement multi-funccionaily. 8) Produce the effective interior space by adopting the total design programming which combines many designing factors composed of the interior such as material choice and color plan to enhance the image of AFT SPACE. By the way, give esthetic pleasure expressing the functional effect more useful and simple. As stated above, this approach is for the reasonable design process in using one-room system of MULTPURPOSE ART SPACE and general. contents of its design.;우리는「세계속의 한국」이란 말을 자주 듣는다. 그만큼 세계의 모든 이목이 한국으로 집중되고 있는 시기에 있어서 나라와 민족의 산 증거물이며 국민의 뜻을 담아 내일을 보람되게 하는 공간, 즉 사람과 사람이 직접 커뮤니케이션 할 수 있는 장을 필요로 하고 있다. 이는 문화의 전달 뿐아니라 팽창하는 도시 성장과 더불어 도시의 생활에서 잠시 벗어나고자 하는 사람이 모여 과거와 오늘, 그리고 미래에 보탬이 되는 이야기를 나눌 수 있는 광장이 마련되어져야 한다는 것이다. 다목적 예술공간에 대한 본 연구는 이러한 사회적 요구에 부응하는 주제로, 다목적 예술공간 디자인에 필요한 이론을 문헌 조사와 기초 자료를 통한 학문적 접근을 시도하였고 이를 통해 개념 및 이용 형태에 따른 시설들을 살펴보았다. 또 서울을 중심으로 기존 문화 시설의 현황을 조사하였다. 그결과 시설들간의 격차가 매우 심하며 우리나라 인구수에 비교하여 그수가 크게 부족한 실정이었다. 소공연장들은 그 시설면에 있어서 흡족치 못하며 시설이나 규모가 갖추어진 건축물은 과시적 기념비적 건축으로 그 이용 절차가 복잡하고 과대한 임대료 지불등 이용하는데 문제가 있음을 알수 있었다. 따라서 새로운 문화공간과 그 형태를 위해 좀더 기능적이고 합리적이며 단순하며 아름다운 디자인으로 표현하려는 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 연구 과정에 의하여 결과된 다목적 예술공간의 건축적 형태와 실내환경의 디자인적 특징을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자연 지세에 조화되도록 남산 야외음악당 부지를 건물의 위치로 선정하였다. 둘째, 건물 구조를 내부에서부터 외부로 즉 기능에 따른 형태의 도출 방법으로 전개하였다. 세째, 일반적인 복합 건물의 형태를 취하지 않고 원룸 씨스템의 단일 건축물을 계획함으로서 복합 용도에 맞게 변형 사용되도록 하였다. 넷째, 모든 이용 형태의 필요시설의 기준으로 원형 공간을 둘러싼 대칭의 성형 (별모양)의 건축적 형태를 취하여 새로운 문화공간으로서의 매력을 느끼게 하였다. 다섯째, 야외공연장, 광장, 시계탑, 주차장등의 부대시설을 계획, 배치하여 남산을 이용하는 시민에게 휴식공간으로 제공하여 토지의 이용율을 높이고자 하였다. 여섯째, 실내환경으로 회전 무대와 승강 무대를 적절히 이용함으로써 이용 형태에 따른 최적의 공간이 되도록 계획하였다. 일곱째, 지하 1층을 다목적 이용에 불편함이 없도록 공간 계획부터 충분히 고려하였다. 여덟째, 홀의 이미지를 높일수 있는 재료 선택과 색채계획 등 내부를 구성하는 디자인적 요소를 통합하는 과정으로 효과적인 실내공간을 창출, 실용적이고 보다더 간소한 기능효과를 나타낼수 있는 미적인 쾌적함을 추구하고자 하였다. 이와같은 본연구에서는 다목적 예술공간에 관한 합리적인 토탈디자인 과정과 이를 통해 결정된 디자인의 전반적인 내용을 연구하였다.
