1980년도 우리나라 10대 주요 사망 원인에 관한 조사

Abstract

본 조사는 우리나라 주요사인에 관한 자료를 얻기위하여 1980년도 사망신고된 자 중 의사에 의해 사인이 진단된 58,197건을 대상으로 한국 표준 50항목 사인분류를 적용하여 성별, 연령군별 및 지역별 10대 주요사인을 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 우리나라 전체의 10대 주요 사인순위는 뇌혈관질환, 고혈압성질환, 중독 및 독성영향, 위 악성신생물, 만성 간질환 및 경변증, 결핵, 자동차 교통사고, 자살, 기관지염 ·폐기종 및 천식, 폐염의 순이었다. 2. 우리나라 남성의 10대 주요 사인순위는 뇌혈관질환, 고혈압성질환 중독 및 독성영향, 만성 간질환 및 경변증, 위 악성신생물, 결핵 ,자동차 교통사고, 자살, 기관지염 ·폐기종 및 천식, 폐염의 순이었다. 3. 우리나라 여성의 10대 주요 사인순위는 뇌혈관질환, 고혈압성질환 중독 및 독성영향, 위 악성신생물, 결핵, 자살, 만성 간질환 및 경변증, 기관지염 ·폐기종 및 천식, 자동차 교통사고, 폐염의 순이었다. 4. 우리나라 0 - 14세 연령군의 10대 주요 사인순위는 자동차 교통사고, 폐염, 선천적 이상, 중독 및 독성영향, 수막염, 뇌혈관질환, 화상, 결핵, 백혈병, 기관지염 ·폐기종 및 천식의 순이었다. 5. 우리나라 15 - 44세 연령군의 10대 주요 사인순위는 중독 및 독성영향, 자살, 자동차 교통사고, 뇌혈관질환, 결핵, 만성 간질환 및 경변증, 고혈압성질환, 위 악성신생물, 신염·신증후군 및 신증, 폐염의 순이었다. 6. 우리나라 45- 64세 연령군의 10대 주요 사인순위는 고혈압성질환, 뇌혈관질환, 만성 간질환 및 경변증, 위 악성신생물, 결핵, 중독 및 독성영향, 자살, 자동차 교통사고, 기관·기관지 및 폐 악성신생물, 당뇨병의 순이었다. 7. 우리나라 65세이상 연령군의 10대 주요사인 순위는 뇌혈관질환, 고혈압성질환, 위 악성신생물, 기관지염·폐기종 및 천식, 만성 간질환 및 경변증, 결핵, 폐염, 중독 및 독성영향, 기관·기관지 및 폐 악성신생물, 당뇨병의 순이었다. 8. 우리나라 도시지역의 10대 주요사인 순위는 뇌혈관질환, 고혈압성질환, 중독 및 독성영향, 위 악성신생물, 만성 간질환 및 경변증, 결핵, 자동차 교통사고, 자살, 기관지염·폐기종 및 천식, 폐염의 순이었다. 9. 우리나라 농촌지역의 10대 주요사인 순위는 뇌혈관질환, 중독 및 독성영향, 고혈압성질환, 자살, 만성 간질환 및 경변증, 위 악성신생물, 자동차 교통사고, 결핵 , 기관지염 ·폐기종 및 천식, 폐염의 순이었다.;The study was carried out to investigate the 10 major causes of death in Korea in 1980 by sex, age grouped and residential area during the periods of August 15 to October 5, 1983. Among all death recorded on death registration form in Economic Planning Board, the 58,187 deaths of which causes were diagnosed by Doctors. The causes of death were classified in accordance with the Korean Standard Classifications of Diseases, Mortality List of 50 Causes. The results are as follows: 1. The 10 major causes of death in Korea were Cerebrovascular disease, Hypertensive disease, Poisoning and toxic effects, Malignant neoplasm of stomach, Chronic liver disease and cirrhosis, Tuberculosis, Motor vehicle traffic accident, Suicide, Bronchitisㆍemphysema and asthma and Pneumonia in that order. 2. The 10 major causes of death of male in Korea were Cerebrovascular disease, Hypertensive disease, Poisoning and toxic effects, Chronic liver disease and cirrhosis, Malignant neoplasm of stomach, Tuberculosis, Motor vehicle traffic accident, Suicide, and Pneumonia in that order. 3. The 10 major causes of death of female in Korea were Cerebrovascular disease, Hypertensive disease, Poisoning and toxic effects, Malignant neoplasm of stomach, Tuberculosis, Suicide, Chronic liver disease and cirrohosis, Bronchitisㆍemphysema and asthma, Motor vehicle accident, and Pneumonia in that order. 4. The 10 major causes of death of 0-14 age group in Korea were Motor vehicle traffic accident, Pneumonia, Congenital anomalies, Poisoning and toxic effects, Meningitis, Cerebrovascular disease, Burns, Leukaemia, and Bronchitisㆍemphysema and asthma in that order. 5. The 10 major causes of death of 15-44 age group in Korea were Poisoning and toxic effects, Suicide, Motor vehicle traffic accident, Cerebrovascular disease, Tuberculosis, Chronic liver disease and cirrhosis Hypertensive disease, Malignant neoplasm of stomach, Nephritisㆍnephrotic syndrome and nephrosis, and Pneumonia in that order. 6. The 10 major causes of death of 45-64 age group in Korea were Hypertensive disease, Cerebrovascular disease, Chronic liver disease and cirrhosis, Malignant neoplasm of stomach, Tuberculosis, Poisoning and toxic effects, Suicide, Motor vehicle traffic accident, Malignant neoplasm of tracheaㆍbronchus and lung, and Diabetes mellitus in that order. 7. The 10 major causes of death of 65 and over age group in Korea were Cerebrovascular disease, Hypertensive disease, Malignant neoplasm of stomach, Bronchitisㆍemphysema and asthma, Chronic liver disease and cirrhosis, Tuberculosis, Pneumonia, Poisoning and toxic effects, Malignant neoplasm of trachea bronchus and lung, and Diabetes mellitus in that order. 8. The 10 major causes of death by urban area in Korea were Cerebrovascular disease, Hypertensive disease, Poisoning and toxic effects, Malignant neoplasm of stomach, Chronic liver disease and cirrhosis, Tuberculosis, Motor vehicle traffic accident, Suicide, Bronchitisㆍemphysema and asthma, and Pneumonia in that order. 9. The 10 major causes of death by rural area in Korea were Cerebrovascular disease, Poisoning and toxic effects, Hypertensive disease, Suicide, Chronic liver disease and cirrhosis, Malignant neoplasm of stomach, Motor vehicle traffic accident, Tuberculosis, Bronchitisㆍemphysema and asthma, and Pneumonia in that order.
