가로 이면 필지들의 재해석을 통한 프로그램 교차 활동의 생성 제안

Abstract

도시의 이상향 구축하기 위한 기존의 대규모 전면 철거 방식의 도시 개발은 이미 사회적 패러다임과 거리가 멀어졌다. 다중심적ㆍ다중적 네트워크를 통한 현대 도시론을 바탕으로 조각나고 고립되어 흩어져있는 도시 조직들을 유기적로 재생시켜야 할 것이다. 현대 사회의 패러다임 변화에 따른 도시 공간에 대한 인식이 변화하고, 대중문화가 중심에 자리한 현재, 기존의 전면 철거 방식의 도시 개발의 한계를 넘어 소단위 수복 재개발의 방법을 제시한다. 기존 활성 도시 조직을 보존하고, 그 사이 공간 속으로 골목길들의 시각적 중첩을 도입하여 다양한 프로그램 활동이 일어날 수 있도록 본 계획안을 구상하였다. 프로그램 교차 활동에 의해 재생된 도심 불록은 하나의 도시 구성요소가 되어 더 큰 범위에서 하나의 소 중심이 되며 또 다른 네트워크를 이루어 갈 것이다. 도시의 조직들이 전체적으로 네트워크를 이루고 상호 교환되는 공간을 만들어간다면 우리의 도시 공간은 휴머니티를 회복하고 친근함을 지닌 공공 공간을 다을 수 있을 것이다. 일련의 연구와 계획 과정을 통해서 정체성을 상실하고 개선의 여지가 보이지 않는 현재의 도심 상황에서도 잠재력을 지닌 단서들이 곳곳에 숨어 있음을 알게 되었다. 이런 잠재 요소들이 현대의 공간 이론에 근거하여 기존의 조직들과 결합한다면 도시만이 가진 정체성과 역사를 유지하면서 새로운 공적 공간으로 도심이 되살아 날 수 있을 것이다. 향후 도심 재개발은 기존의 모더니즘 적 전면 철거를 지양하고 도시를 유기체로 바라보며 각각의 대지가 지닌 장소성의 가치를 극대화 할 수 있는 방향으로 연구한다.;One of the key concerns of many communities is the use of the community space shared by neighbors. These existing spaces, though currently not being used, are the ones on the list. In Seoul, there are still many undeveloped space shiding behind thet all buildings. The city planning is more focused on the mega structured buildings which would belocated closer to the road. That means, many small buildings are being left behind the complexes unseen and spaces in between become useless. However, these undeveloped tiny spaces can be a bridge linking people living on both sides. My goal is to convert these desert are as to a court yard where all the residences on both sides could use actively and friendly. Surrounded buildings and open-space interconnect through deck. And on the deck, inner activity willcome outand mix with outer activity. These mixed activity will occur inter-programming which will help to generate undefined event and extend narrow inner space for diverse activities.
