서울市內 一部 高等學校 學生들의 性意識, 性行動 調査硏究

Abstract

性의 意義는 남녀의 결정과정에 대한 의미보다도 個體가 生活을 해 나가는데 있어 가장 기본적이고 필요 不可缺한 요소인 性에너지 측면에서 말함이 옳을 것이다. 그러므로 이것은 인간 본능의 한 부분이므로 인격형성과 함께 자연적으로 성숙시킬 필요가 있다. 민주적 자유화의 사회적 과정을 거치고 있는 오늘날 時時刻刻으로 변화하는 시대 조류에 부응하여 학생들의 男女交際는 한층 긴밀해 지고 있다. 그것과 더불어 변천해 가는 새로운 性모랄에 대한 객관적 인식도 변모되어 가고 있다. 청소년들의 成熟이 以前보다 훨씬 빨라져 性的能力에 대한 평가가 결혼생활을 하는 시기인 장년기보다 20代以前의 청년기로 그 정점이 옮기어 지고 있는 사실로서 사춘기의 특징인 性的 好奇心으로 인하여 이성 및 성에 대한 관심이 커져서 이성에 대한 적극적인 접근욕을 충족시키려는 性意識으로 나타나고 있다. 그러므로 本 硏究에서는 남녀 고등학교 학생들의 性意識, 行動에 관한 실태조사를 통하여 고등학교의 性敎育에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 目的을 두었다. 조사 방법으로는 서울 시내 남녀고등학교(인문계, 실업계)의 4개학교 1·2·3학년 2학급씩, 24학급을 대상으로 하여 性意識, 行動을 묻는 43문항으로 된 설문지법을 이용하였다. 조사 결과는 전산화 하여 S.P.S.S. 방법으로 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. A. 性意識 정도 1. 순결에 대한 의식은 높게 나타났다. 전통 윤리관에 대한 의식은 대부분이 긍정적인 반응을 보였고 사랑과 성교에 대한 의식은 높은 가치관을 보이고 있다. 2. 본인과 상대에 대한 처녀 동정관은 남녀에 있어 차이를 보이며 여학생이 남학생보다 처녀동정관이 높게 나타났다. B. 性行動 실태 조사 1. 이성친구는 없는 학생이 있는 학생보다 많았으며, 남학생과 2학년이 가장 높게 나타났으며 인문계 학생이 실업계 학생보다 많은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 친구관계로 지내는 경우가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 2. 남녀교제의 범위는 키스전과 키스까지라는 생각이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났고 성교 경험의 동기는 사랑하기 때문이라고 한 학생이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 3. 성에 대한 욕구로는 키스에 대한 욕구가 가장 높았으며 고학년으로 갈수록, 남학생이 높게 나타났다. 성 경험정도는 1학년과 2·3 학년의 차이가 크게 나타났으며 남학생이 높게 나타났다. 자위행위의 경험은 인문계학생이, 키스·애무·성교의 경험은 실업계학생이 높은 것으로 나타났다. C. 性意識과 性行動의 관계 1 . 순결에 대한 반응과 성 경험과의 관계를 볼때 순결에 대한 의식이 부족한 것으로 나타났으며 성 욕구에 따른 성 경험은 욕구가 많을수록 성 경험도 높은 것으로 나타났다. D. 性意識, 行動과 개인 특성과의 관계 1. 종교가 있는 학생이 없는 학생보다 순결을 중요시하는 것으로 나타났고 써클에 가입한 학생이 이성친구가 많이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이성친구가 있는 경우에 있어 남녀교제의 범위는 키스까지라고 교제범위를 보는 학생이 많은 것으로 나타났고 이성친구가 없는 경우에는 남녀교제 범위를 모르는 학생이 많음으로써 대조를 이루고 있다.;The purpose of this study was to find the sexual consciousness and the sexual behavior of boy and girl high school students in Seoul. For the purpose, the methods were administered by questionnaires with 43 items, to analyze the related causes of sexual consciousness and behavior. The questionnaires were surveyed by 1349 high school students in 24 classes of 4 high school including 2 commercial high schools in Seoul, and they were composed of first, second and third boy and girl students. The results were as follows; 1. The consciousness of sexual morality was generally high. And most of students showed the positive responsiveness to the conciousness of traditional morals. The consciousness of love and intercourse was very sound. 2. The students with opposite sex friend were more than the student: who had none and the boy students, students, the second year students with opposite sex friend were more than the girl students, commercial students, any other grade students. And their relationship were usually the relationship of friends. 3. Many students thought that the range of the association with opposite sex friend was up to kissing and they said that the motive of intercourse was love 4. Among the sexual desire, the kissing desire was most, and the higher year students, the boy students had more. And the level of sexual experience was very different 'between the first year students and the second, the third year students and the boy students had more experience. Students had more masturbation experience but commercial students had more experience of kissing, petting, intercourse. 5. Considering the relation between the responsiveness of sexual morality and sexual experience the lack of consciousness of sexual morality was showed. And the fact that the students with more sexual desire had more sexual experience was showed 6. The students who had religion were showed to think much of keeping sexual morality. And the students who joined a club were showed to be apt to have opposite sex friend than the others.
