蔓蔘의 抗菌作用에 대한 硏究

Abstract

韓國産 蔓蔘 Codonopsis pilosula (Franchet) Nannfeldt의 메탄올抽出物(Fraction Ⅰ)을 에텔층(FractionⅡ)과 수층으로 분획하였다.수층은 다시 부탄올로 抽出하여 加水分解시키고, 濾液을 에텔로 處理하여 에텔층(FractionⅢ)을 얻었다. 이들 3가지 분획을 가지고 Escherichia coil,, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureu의 細菌과 Aspergillus niger의 眞菌에 대한 抗菌力을 검토한 결과, Fraction Ⅱ와 FractionⅢ이 細菌에 대해서만 抗菌力을 나타내었다. 특히 FractionⅡ 중에서는 R_(f)=0.11, 0.35, 0.53에서, FractionⅢ 중에서는 전개용매에 용해하지 않고 원점에 남아있는 物質에서 抗菌力이 강하게 나타났다.;The antimicrobial activity of Codonopsis pilosulae Radix against the four species bacteria was observed: E. Coli, B. subtilis, S. aureus, A. niger. The effects of Codonopsis pilosulae Radix on the growth of bacterial cells were variable depending upon the species of bacterium. Among the Codonopsis pilosulae Radix extracts, ether soluble fraction (Fr. Ⅱ) and hydrolysed fraction (Fr. Ⅲ) have been shown positive results against E. Coli, B. Subtilis, S. aureus, particularly 2 preparative substances (Ⅱ_(2) : R_(f)=0.11, Ⅱ_(4) : R_(f)=0.35, 0.53) of ether soluble fraction and 1 preparative substance (Ⅲ_(1): R_(f)=0.00) of hydrolysed fraction (Fr.
