서울 일부지역 소아의 신체 계측치

Abstract

Anthropometric values, of 11,932 male and female children from Seoul ranging birth to 18 years of age, were measured during April-September 1984. The mean values of weight, height, head circumference, and chest circumference were calculated for each age group for male and female respectively. These mean values were compared with these values taken in 1977 and also with those corresponding values of Japanese children taken in 1984. The results were as follows : 1) The general anthropometric values taken in 1984 from children of Seoul showed remarkable increments compared to those data of 1977. Male children of age 7-8 had height increment of 8.71㎝ and weight increment of 3.76 kg. Female children of age 7-8 had height increment of 8.73 ch and weight increment of 3.03 kg. Male children of age 15-16 had height increment of 9.85 ㎝ and weight increment of 10.32 kg. Female Children of age 15-16 had height increment of 2.94 ㎝ and weight increment of 5.66 kg. 2) The Japanese male children of age 15 had heights of 1.44 cm taller and weights of 1.67 kg heavier than corresponding Korean male children. The Japanese female children of age 15 had heights of 0.93 cm taller and weights of 1.67 kg heavier corresponding Korean female children.;어린이의 건강 상태 및 질환의 유무를 진단하는데 있어서 성장 발육상태는 중요한 지표가 된다. 어린이의 성장 발육은 유전적 요인과 환경적 요인등 다양한 요인에 의해 영향을 받으므로 성장·발육의 평가에 있어서 각 지역의 실정에 맞는 정상 소아의 표준 계측치를 필요로 한다. 이에 저자는 1984년 서울 일부 지역에서 출생시부터 만 18세 까지의 소아 11,932명을 대상으로 하여 신장, 체중, 흉위, 두위를 측정하여 새로운 신체 계측 표준치를 얻었으며, 이는 1977년 대한소아과 학회에서 발표한 한국 소아 발육 표준치보다 상당히 높아 최근 성장 발육의 현저한 증가를 보여 주었다. 즉 7∼8세의 남아에서는 신장 8.71 cm, 체중 3.76 kg의 증가, 같은 나이의 여아에서는 8.73 cm와 3.03 kg의 증가를 보였으며, 15∼16세 남아에서는 신장 9.85 cm,체중 10.32 kg의 증가, 그리고 같은 나이의 여아에서는 2.94 cm 및 5.66 kg의 증가를 보였다.
