자동차 내장 직물 연구

Abstract

The car which is one of the transportation occupying an important position in our life environment is a requisite for all citizen of the world not only a minority and is growing larger every year. Also it augment in an alarming way in our country so it become the ratio of four people to one car. The major function of the car, simple transportation, is not sufficient a purchaser s craving because of taking long strides and is function as another space for rest and living. So an automobile company is concentrating their energies to the improvement for safety, comfortable and beauty, and the most of all they focus themselves to sensual taking a car. Today, it is being similar in appearance on the ground of functional part, they exert themselves for internal of the automobile more than external design nondiscriming by competitive rate in the selling market, They can t ensure their own style. Internal interior has a merit for seeking varieties to an image in short period, and this original idea has been looking forward to much effectiveness by the sphere of design. If we change the car cloth design, fabric interior decoration, we could make a cognizance the car of new image to purchasers, and the automobile fabric interior company is putting forth strength to a deluxe car textile rather than the past with varieties and distinctions. However, the foreign-made design and technique paid royalty to foreign country has been holding a high position under the present circumstances. Accordingly, this study researched the refined design of international and were the following. The space of internal interior feels more comfortable, and it settled by analysis showed that it compares the present tendency with foreign design in fabric interior of the automobile. First, I grasped international trend and current of seat design of the automobile, and chose the Wadang pattern of Korean traditional patterns which is significant aesthetic consciousness as well as the formative of our race. I putted those researches into practice of the automobile fabric design after studying varieties and specific characters of the Wadang pattern. Secondly, I clarified the possibility of design development and the problem caused by using Jacquard among the kind of the car seat cloth, and I researched our satisfaction in using these and the international trend. Thirdly, I turned out actual cloth for the automobile designed by our originality leading international current. Though I tried various presentation in the design part, I showed that overstep the limit of qualification colors in recent fabric industry. As following the study, I realized that the cloth of the automobile has unlimited growth as development and main industry leading the 21th centry, so I try to make a spring with satisfying Korean traditional image into the car seat cloth. I wish this study would help to the improvement of the designing internal interior of the automobile.

; 현재 우리가 살아가는 공간에서 중요한 교통수단 중의 하나인 자동차는 이제 소수가 아닌 전 세계인의 필수품이라 할 만 하다. 우리 나라만 해도 갈수록 자동차가 증가해 인구 네 명당 한 대 꼴이 된다. 자동차의 이러한 비약적인 발전으로 단순 이동 수단으로서의 기능만으로는 구매자들의 욕구를 다 충족시키지 못하게 되었고 휴식 및 생활공간으로 또 다른 공간으로서의 역할을 하게 됨으로써 자동차 회사들은 안전성, 편안함, 아름다움을 추구하기 위하여 자동차 개발에 총력을 기울이게 되었으며 그 중에서도 승차감에 그 노력은 크게 작용하고 있다. 오늘날에 와서는 기능적인 측면 때문에 외부 디자인이 점점 비슷해져 감을 볼 수 있는데 이것만으로는 각자의 스타일을 확보 할 수 없으므로 판매시장의 경쟁률에 의해서 동일화 되어 가는 외부 디자인 대신 내부 인테리어에 주력하고 있다. 내부 디자인은 짧은 시간 내에 이미지에 큰 변화를 줄 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있으며 이러한 창안은 디자인의 범위에 따라서 큰 효과를 기대할 수 있기 때문에 매년 섬유 내장재인 자동차 직물 디자인을 변화시킨다면 새로운 이미지의 자동차를 소비자에게 인식 시켜 줄 수 있을 것이며 현재 자동차 내장용 인테리어 업체는 다양성과 차별화에 힘입어 과거보다 자동차 직물의 고급화에 더욱더 주력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 아직까지도 외국에 로열티를 지불하면서 들여온 외국의 디자인과 기술이 대부분을 차지하는 것이 현 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구는 자동차에 적용하는 내장재인 시트 직물의 국내외 디자인의 동향을 파악하고 비교, 분석을 통하여 자동차 내부의 공간이 더욱더 안정감 있고 편안함을 느낄 수 있으며 세계화에 한발 더 다가서는 직물 디자인을 모색하기 위하여 다음과 같은 방법으로 연구 하였다. 첫째, 자동차 시트 디자인의 세계적인 추세와 동향을 파악한 후 우리의 정신적 주체성을 발판으로 삶아 우리민족의 미의식과 조형성이 함축되어 있는 한국 전통 문양 가운데서 와당 문양을 선택하여 그것의 유래와 종류의 특성을 알아본 뒤 그 의미를 연구하여 자동차용 직물 디자인에 도입하여 응용하였다. 둘째, 자동차 시트원단의 종류 가운데 자카드직을 사용했을 때 문제점과 디자인 개발의 가능성을 밝혀 보았고 그 쓰임에 있어서 우리의 만족감과 세계적인 추세를 알아보았다. 셋째, 앞으로의 세계화를 이끌어 나가는데 있어서 우리의 것임을 알릴 수 있는 디자인을 통하여 실제 자동차용 직물을 제작하였다. 작품 제작에 있어서 디자인 면에서는 다양한 표현을 시도해 보았지만 칼라의 사용 면에서는 현재 기존 공장에서의 규제로 인하여 한정된 색상으로 표현하였지만 앞으로의 무한한 가능성을 밝혀 보았다. 이상으로 자동차용 직물이 앞으로 발전할 수 있는 무한한 가능성을 지니고 있으며 21C를 이끌어갈 주된 산업인지를 알 수 있었으며 자동차용 직물에 한국적인 이미지를 갖추어 새로운 발전의 도약으로 삼으려고 한다. 이 연구가 자동차 내장재 디자인의 발전에 도움이 되었으면 한다.
