유아양육을 위한 기독교 부모교육

Abstract

현대사회의 급속한 경제 성장과 과학의 발달은 인간 문명의 편리성에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있다. 그러나 이러한 성장은 사회구조 변화 및 가족 구조 변화 등의 다양한 문제점들을 만들어 내고 있으며 이로 인해 일반 가정은 물론 기독교 가정에도 예전에 볼 수 없었던 역기능적인 문제들이 나타나고 있다. 가정은 인간 형성이 이루어지는 교육의 현장이며 누구나 가정이라는 장소를 통해 삶의 과정에 필요한 기초적인 행동 양식을 배우고 인격을 형성해 가는 곳으로 특히 유아기 성장 발달에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 곳이다. 또한 가정에서 유아는 부모와의 상호 관계를 통해 인격을 형성해 가며 종교적, 도덕적 생활태도 등을 배워 나간다. 따라서 유아를 양육시키는 첫 번째 교사의 역할을 하는 부모는 유아 양육에 있어서 가장 중요한 역할을 감당하게 된다. 그러므로 유아를 온전한 인격과 기독교 신앙을 가진 인간으로서 성장할 수 있도록 돕기 위해 부모로서 부모됨의 역할을 감당해 낼 수 있도록 하기 위한 교육이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유아기 자녀를 둔 부모를 위한 교육을 위해 교회와 가정의 교육적 중요성을 깨닫고, 교회와 가정의 연계 교육으로서 부모교육 프로그램을 개발해야 함을 제안하고 있다. 그리고 유아기 자녀의 신앙 교육을 위한 노력과 기독교 신앙을 가진 부모됨의 역할과 기능을 잘 감당하도록 하기 위해 효과적인 부모교육 프로그램이 개발되어야 함을 제안하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 교회에서 실시하고 있는 유아와 함께 하는 부모교육 프로그램 사례들을 조사하고 분석하여 기독교 가정에서 유아 양육을 위해 교회와 가정이 연계된 부모교육 프로그램들을 모색해 보았다. 본 연구의 분석 결과 유아 양육을 위한 부모교육은 교회와 가정이 연계된 교육으로 진행되어야 하며, 교회의 적극적인 지원과 관심으로 부모교육프로그램을 개발이 필요하다는 것을 인식하였다. 따라서 현대 사회의 다양한 가족구조와 부모들의 역할의 변화로 인해 많은 시간을 낼 수 없다는 점을 감안하여 주일 유아, 유치부 예배를 통하여 유아와 함께 할 수 있는 부모교육 방법과 정보화 사회에 발맞추어 인터넷 부모교육 방법, 그리고 모임 활동을 통한 부모교육 방법을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 이제 한국 교회는 다양한 변화와 문제를 가진 현대 가정과 자녀를 양육하는 부모들에 대해 새로운 교육적 책임을 가져야 하며, 특히 유아기 교육의 중요성을 깨달아 부모를 위한 교육이 선행되어야 함을 인식해야 할 것이다. 따라서 교회와 가정의 연계교육으로서 부모교육을 통해 자녀의 신앙 성장은 물론 부모의 신앙 성장과 부모로서의 책임감을 가질 수 있도록 돕는 역할을 교회는 감당해야 할 것이다.;Today's rapid economic growth and scientific advancements are exerting great influence on the convenience of human civilization. However, these growths in turn are creating diverse problems such as changes in the social and family structures. As a result, unprecedented inverse functional problems are rising in both regular and Christian families. Family is the field of education where human beings are formed. Anyone learns the basic behavior and norms, needed for their lives, through the place called home. It is also where the characters of human beings are formed. In particular, family exerts most influence on the growth of children. Moreover, children at home form their characters based on interaction with their parents, and they also learn religious and ethical life norms. Accordingly, parents who play the role of the first teacher in rearing children are critical in child rearing. Thus, it is necessary to develop training, to enable parents to play their role in order to cultivate the children into rightful human beings with Christian faith. Accordingly, this research helps raise awareness on the educational importance of the church and homes to ensure effective parental training for child rearing. Moreover, it recommends the development of training program for parents as linkage education between church and family. To enable effective playing of parents' roles and functions and to help them make the necessary effort to instill Christian faith in their children, this research recommends development of effective training program for parents. In this study, research and analysis were conducted on the training programs for parents that are executed along with children and which are underway in churches. As such, training programs for parents in which the church and family are linked for the cultivation of children in Christian families were investigated. As the result of this research, training for parents for child rearing needs to be conducted as a training program that links the church with the family. The development of training program for parents based on the church's active support and consideration is needed. Accordingly, given that parents cannot spare time due to the diverse family structure of today and changes in the role of parents, method of training parents in line with the age of information by leveraging the Internet and group activity is examined as a way of training parents along with their children during Sunday infant and children sermons. Now, the Korean church needs to assume new educational responsibility for parents who rear children and in the modern families that face diverse changes and problems. In particular, it is necessary to become aware of the fact that training for parents needs to be conducted first by realizing the importance of children education. Accordingly, the church needs to play the role of helping parents gain sense of responsibility and of helping them increase their faith with the end of increasing the faith of children through linkage education of the church and family.
