임플란트 수술용 가이드로 임플란트 수술을 한 환자의 만족도 조사

Abstract

최근, 치과 단층촬영이 보편화되고 디지털 치과학이 점점 발달함에 따라, 임플란트 수술을 하기 위해 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 제작하여 수술 시에 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 사용하는 병원이 점차 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 임플란트 수술용 가이드에 관한 연구는 정확도 분석을 통한 안전성 연구가 대부분이었으며, 환자의 입장에서 만족도를 분석한 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 아래 연구는 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 사용하여 임플란트 시술을 받은 환자들의 주관적인 통증 정도와 만족도를 조사하여 향후 임플란트 시술 시에 술자와 환자에게 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 사용하여 임플란트 시술을 하는 서울 지역의 대학병원, 치과병원, 치과의원에서 2012년 - 2013년 상반기 동안 임플란트를 식립한 환자들 중에서 임플란트 시술 시에 임플란트 수술용 가이드 사용유무와 관계없이 임플란트 시술을 받은 환자 135명을 대상으로 IBM SPSS 19.0을 이용하여, Likert 척도, VAS Score, 독립 t-test, One way ANOVA를 시행하였다. (a=0.05) 조사대상자는 남자가 더 많았으며, 연령은 평균 42.68세였고, 대부분 건강상태가 정상이었다. 병원을 선택하게 되는 이유로는 광고, 신문, 대중매체가 가장 많았다. 치과를 내원하는 횟수는 연평균 4회, 치과치료를 제때에 받지 못한 가장 큰 이유는 비용이 비싸서였다. 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 사용해서 임플란트 시술을 받은 이유는 치과의사의 권유였으며, 선택하게 된 이유는 정확하고 안전하기 때문이 가장 많았고, 대부분 추천하고 싶다고 답했다. 임플란트 수술용 가이드 없이 임플란트 시술을 받은 환자보다 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 사용하여 임플란트 시술을 받은 환자가 임플란트 시술 시에 환자가 느낀 통증을 더 적게 느꼈으며, 임플란트 시술에 대한 만족도도 더 높게 나타났다. 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 사용하여 임플란트 수술을 받은 환자 중에서 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 사용하지 않고 임플란트 시술을 받은 경험이 있는 환자에게 만족도를 조사한 결과, 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 사용하여 임플란트 시술을 받았을 때가 더 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. (<0.05) 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 임플란트 수술용 가이드 없이 임플란트 시술을 받은 환자보다 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 사용하여 임플란트 시술을 받은 환자가 통증을 더 적게 느꼈다. (p<0.05) 2. 임플란트 수술용 가이드 없이 임플란트 시술을 받은 환자보다 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 사용하여 임플란트 시술에 대한 만족도도 더 높게 나타났다. (p<0.05) 3. 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 사용한 임플란트 시술과 일반 임플란트 시술을 모두 경험한 환자는 임플란트 수술용 가이드 없이 임플란트 시술을 받았을 때 보다 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 사용한 임플란트 시술을 받았을 때가 만족도가 더 높다고 하였다. 4. 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 사용해서 임플란트 시술을 받은 이유는 치과의사의 권유가 가장 많았다. 5. 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 선택하게 된 이유는 정확하고 안전한 방법이 가장 많았으며, 대부분이 임플란트 수술용 가이드의 사용을 주변에 추천한다고 답했다. 이와 같은 결과로 수술에 대한 부작용을 최소화할 수 있는 방법을 미리 설명하고 선택할 수 있게 한다면 환자들은 안전한 수술방법을 결정요인으로 삼았으며, 시술 후 만족하는 경우에는 긍정적인 방향의 구전효과를 기대해 볼 수도 있을 것이라는 결론을 얻었다.;Recently, with the widespread of CT and the gradual development of digital dentistry, the number of hospital using implant surgical guide is increasing. However, almost all of the research on dental implant surgical guide is safty analysis or accuracy analysis, there is little satisfaction research on the view of patient. The purpose of this study is to survey patient satisfaction with implant operation using implant surgical guide and In the Future, To Dentist and the patient at the time of implant surgery is to provide information. The object is 135 paitents who had implant operation using implant surgical guide at dental hospital, dental clinic in Seoul during 2012 and the first half of 2013. The questionnaire was composed of 25 items. Statistics used IBM SPSS 19.0, Likert Score, VAS Score, Independent T-test, One way ANOVA. In terms of the subjects, there were more men than women and the average age was 42.68. The health condition of the subjects were normal. With respect to the grounds for choice of hospital, advertisement, newspaper and the mass-media held top place for the choice. The average visits to the hospital was four times a year. The reason why they could not have dental care in time was that it was expensive. The advising from dentists was the reason why the people chose to have dental implant operation by the dental implant operation guide and what made them to choose the way was that it is safe and accurate to follow the guide. In addition, they answered that they would like to recommended the way they chose. The patients who had the dental implant operation implemented by operation guide felt less pain than those who had the same operation without the guide. and also the level of satisfaction was higher from the former than the latter. Likewise, the response from the people who experienced both the way of operation showed that it gave higher level of satisfaction to have operation with the guide than to do without the guide. The conclusion were as follows; 1. The patients who had the dental implant operation implemented by operation guide felt less pain than those who had the same operation without the guide. and also the level of satisfaction was higher from the former than the latter. The patients who had the dental implant operation implemented by operation guide the level of satisfaction was higher from the former than those who had the same operation without the guide. (p<0.05) 3. The response from the people who experienced both the way of operation showed that it gave higher level of satisfaction to have operation with the guide than to do without the guide. 4. The advising from dentists was the reason why the people chose to have dental implant operation by the dental implant operation guide. 5. The safe and accurate way was the reason why the people chose to have dental implant operation by the dental implant operation guide. In addition, they answered that they would like to recommended the way they chose.
