고등학생의 구강건강 관심도와 구강건강 행동 간의 관련성

Abstract

본 연구는 국내 고등학생의 구강건강 관심도와 구강건강 행동을 파악하고, 관련된 요인을 규명하여 구강보건교육 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 시도하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 편의 추출한 인천지역에 소재하는 2개 인문계 고등학교 학생 356명(남학생 183명, 여학생 173명)을 대상으로 하였다. 연구도구는 일반적 특성, 구강건강 관심도, 구강건강 행동의 총 3개 영역으로 구성되었다. 자기기입식 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, PASW 18.0을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 일반적 특성 중 남학생보다 여학생의 구강건강 관심도 점수는 높았고, 학업성적이 좋을수록 구강건강 관심도 점수는 높았다. 그리고 대상자의 인지된 구강상태가 좋다고 응답한 학생의 경우 구강건강 관심도 점수가 가장 높았다. 그리고 어머니의 직업이 사무직일 때, 어머니의 일주일 평균 근무일 수와 하루 평균 근무시간이 적을수록 대상자의 구강건강 관심도 점수는 높았고 통계적으로도 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 그리고 부모의 구강건강 관심도는 남학생보다 여학생에서 부모의 구강건강 관심도 점수는 높았고, 학업성적이 중상위권 학생이 하위권 학생보다 높았고 인지된 구강상태가 좋을수록 높았다. 그리고 어머니의 직업이 무직일 때, 어머니의 일주일 평균 근무일 수와 하루 평균 근무시간이 적을수록 부모의 구강건강 관심도 점수는 높았다. 그리고 아버지의 학력이 대학교 졸업 이상일 때 부모의 구강건강 관심도 점수가 가장 높았고 통계적으로도 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 본 연구의 구강건강 행동에서는 인지된 구강상태가 좋다고 응답한 학생에서 구강건강 행동 점수가 가장 높았고, 어머니와 아버지의 인지된 구강상태도 좋다고 응답한 학생에서 가장 높았다. 그리고 아버지의 학력이 대학교 졸업 이상일 때 구강건강 행동 점수가 가장 높았고 통계적으로도 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 또한 대상자의 구강건강 관심도와 부모의 구강건강 관심도는 양의 상관관계를 나타냈고, 대상자의 구강건강 관심도와 부모의 구강건강 관심도는 구강건강 행동과 통계적으로 유의미한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위계적 회귀분석에 의해 구강건강 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과, 대상자와 어머니의 인지된 구강상태가 좋을수록, 대상자의 구강건강 관심도 점수가 높을수록, 부모의 구강건강 관심도 점수가 높을수록 구강건강 행동 점수가 높게 나타났으며, 구강건강 행동에 대한 유의미한 특성들의 총 설명력은 47.4%였다.;This study has been done to fully understand the degree of oral health concerns and oral health behaviors among some high school students, and provide the founding data for improving the oral health and public health education program development. For this purpose, 356 students in 2 college bound high schools in Incheon areas were selected with convenience sampling(183 males and 173 females). The research tool is comprised of general characteristics of the subjects, oral health concerns and oral health behaviors. The results are as follows: The oral health concerns of student level from the general characteristics showed that the sex, academic achievements, oral health state, mother's career, mother's average number of workdays, mother's average hours of workday are statistically significant. And the oral health concerns of parent level from the general characteristics showed that the sex, academic achievements, oral health state, mother's career, mother's average number of workdays, mother's average hours of workday, father's education are statistically significant. The oral health behaviors of student level from the general characteristics showed that the oral health state, mother's oral health state, father's education, father's oral health state are statistically significant. The relationship between the oral health concerns and oral health behaviors showed a statistically significant positive correlation. Finally, the characteristics related to the oral health behaviors showed that the oral health state and mother's oral health state were the factors that the oral health behaviors significantly. In other words, as the oral health state of student and mother were higher, the oral health behaviors rate were higher. Also, the oral health concerns of parent and student significantly affected the oral health behaviors. In other words, as the oral health concerns of parent and student were higher, oral health behaviors rate were higher.
