Abstract
우리나라産 고구마 덩굴에 대하여 pulp 原料로서의 成分을 分析하였으며, 화학약품 및 부생균 등의 처리로 pulp의 製造實驗을 하였다. 이때 추출된 섬유소의 길이, 폭 및 그 白色度를 測定한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 고구마 덩굴의 Pulp 原料로서의 成分 ◁표 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) * 水分 以外의 分析値는 無水原料에 대한 %로 표시하였다. 2. 고구마 덩굴을 alkali의 농도와 처리시간을 변화시켜서 얻은 pulp의 收率은 alkali 농도 1.5% 용액에서 1시간 처리했을때가 가장 높아서 43%였다. 고구마 덩굴을 alkali 처리한 pulp중의 crude cellulose의 收率은 73.71% 였으며, 부생균으로 처리한 pulp중의 crude cellulose의 收率은 56.02% 였고, 부생균으로 처리한 후 다시 alkali로 처리한 pulp중의 crude cellulose의 收率은 65.84% 였다. 따라서 고구마 덩굴에 대하여서는 각각 31.69%, 47.62%, 32.92%가 되었다. 3. 섬유소의 길이, 폭 및 白色度 ◁표 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) Cellulose Ⅰ : alkali 처리한 pulp중의 cellulose Cellulose Ⅱ : 부생균 처리후 다시 alkali 처리한 pulp중의 cellulose;The chemical composition of Korean sweet potato vine were analyzed, the preparation of pulp which were treated with chemical reagents and Saprophyte Bacteria in soil were examined, and the length, width and brightness of cellulose from the Korean sweet potato vine were measured. The results were as follows: 1. The chemical composition of sweet potato vine were as follows, 2. The yield of crude cellulose of the pulp which were treated with alkali was 73.71%, the yield of crude cellulose of the pulp which were treated with Saprophyte Bacteria in soil was 56.2% and the yield of crude cellulose of pulp which were after treated with Saprophyte Bacteria in soil more treated with alkali was 65.84%. 3. The length, width and brightness of cellulose were as follows, Cellulose I : from the pulp which were treated with alkali. Cellulose II : from the pulp which were after treated with Saprophyte Bacteria in soil more treated with alkali.
