dc.description.abstractAspirin 과 buffered aspirin을 건강한 成人에 복용시킨후 배설되는 尿 中 총 Salicylic acid 양을 측정함으로서 aspirin과 buffered aspirin의 gastrointestinal absorption rate와 bio-logical availability를 비교연구하는 Urinary excretion method로 연구되었다. 本 實驗에서는 제산제로서 magnesium carbonate를 사용하여 경구투여한 buffered aspirin으로부터의 acetylsalicylic acid의 흡수는 aspirin 단독투여때와 별 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며 이것은 aspirin에 염기성 약물의 혼합투여가 aspirin의 약물학적 효과에 많은 관여를 한다기 보다는 aspirin의 단점인 위장장애를 방지하여 위장을 보호하는데 효과가 있다 하겠다;The gastrointestinal absorption rate and biological availability of aspirin and buffered aspirin have been studied in human subjects by the urinary excretion method. In this study, magnesium carbonate have been used as antacid. Acetylsalicylic acid absorption rate from orally administered buffered aspirin and aspirin was found to be almost same. Thus it have been supposed that buffered aspirin have little effect of absorption rate and biological availability of acetyl salicylate and buffered aspirin reduce gastric irritation and bleeding.-
