유제성 연고 O/W型과 W/O型의 Penetration의 비교 실험

Abstract

연고제는 기제에 따라 침투성이 상이하여 본 실험에서는 유제성기제( o/w型, w/o型 )에 主藥을 함유한 수중유연고제와 유중수연고제를 주로 비교실험키로 하고 첨가해서 유화제를 함유하지 않은 유지성연고제와 수용성연고제도 대조시험을 했다. 著者는 네가지 기제에 대한 主藥의 침투성을 損傷에 의해 분비물이 ?出하는 병적피부와 유사한 점을 이용한 한천법으로 침투거리를 측정하여 이를 각각 비교 검토하였다.;Ointment has different penetration by bases. Emulsion bases have two types. One type is oil in water (o/w) type, another is water in oil (w/o) type. In Experimentation, we had comparative test of oil in water ointment and water in oil ointment containing principle drug. Added, we had the comparative test of water soluble ointment and oleaginous ointment with emulsions ointment.
