實學思想의 擡頭와 韓國畵의 成立

Abstract

李朝後期 英·正時代를 中心으로 韓國에는 그 以前에 볼 수 없었던 새로운 畵風이 出現한다. 이 새로운 畵風은 從來의 中國的 畵論에 立脚하여 理解하기 보다는 韓國的이며 독자적인 繪畵 즉,「韓國畵」로 이해되어져야 할 것이다. 그런데 이 「韓國畵」의 출현과 때를 같이하여 '韓國의 近代化'란 槪念으로 理解될 수 있는 獨自的이며 革命的인 實學思想이 나타난다. 이러한 李朝後期 韓國人에 依한 主體的 傳統을 올바로 이해하기 위해서 韓國畵와 實學思想을 연결시켜 한 時代의 소산물로서의 實學思想과 韓國畵를 이해하고자 하는 것이 이 論考의 目的이다. 이같은 目的을 위하여 우선 實學의 發生原因과 槪念을 考察하고 實學의 結果로서 그 影響이 가장 선명하게 드러나고 있는 文學과 繪畵를 比較分析하여 時代的 要求로서의 韓國畵를 이해하고 아울러 李朝後期繪畵의 獨自性을 確認하고자 했다. 文學쪽에서는 李朝後期 代表的 實學者이며 自身의 뜻을 「文學」이란 장르를 통해 充分히 表現하고 있는 燕岩 朴 趾源의 文學과 當時의 時代的 背景과 實學思想이 불러 일으킨 庶民文學을 그 對象으로 하였다. 그리고 繪畵쪽에서도 역시 時代思潮의 基盤위에 成長發展한 眞景山水와 俗畵를 主要對象으로 하였다. 이러한 硏究結果 實學思想과 韓國畵의 時代的 一致뿐만 아니라 그 特徵的 性格에 있어서도 역시 여러 面에서 一致하고 있음을 發見할수 있다. 아울러 李朝繪畵의 獨自性을 認定하게 됨으로해서 韓國的 情緖의 特色을 確認하게 된다. 이로써 韓國 繪畵의 傳統을 理解하는 契機가 되었고 時代人으로써 自身의 杜會와 유리되지 않는 藝術을 創造한 當時 畵家들의 態度는 現在의 韓國 동양화단에의 길잡이로서 선구적인 면모를 다시 確認하게 된다.;New style of painting which can not found at that time before the YOUNG.JEONG dynasty has come in Korean painting after the latter period of YI dynasty. The new style of painting was not chinese style but Korean and unique style. Therefore it must understood what the new style was 「Korean painting」. And then, Modernize of Korea , in concepts, unique and revolutionary SIL HAK (Practical Learning) has come out at the same time when comning of 「KOREAN PAINTING」. The purpose of this study is understanding about SIL HAK and Korean painting with result of a period, to relate SIL HAK and Korean painting, to understand properly subjective tradition of Korean who live at the latter period of YI dynasty. So, the first of all, to survey the concepts and source of SIL HAK, and then for the result, with comparing analysis about literature and painting, to understand Korean painting and confirm the unique of painting at the latter period of YI dynasty. In literature, with which written by YON AM and commoners literature, representative SIL HAK, YON AM PARK JI-WON who wrote properly whose thoughts through literature at the latter period of YI dynasty. In painting, JIN KYUNG SAN SU (real sketch of nature) and traditional painting which were developed under the current thought. For the results of study, it can be found not only currently correspondence of SIL HAK with Korean painting, but also correspondence of character with some other view point. And additional speaking, It can be confirm the character of Korean emotion with approval of unique YI dynasty painting. Therefore, this paved the the way for understanding about tradittional Korean painting. And then, it was confirm the aspect of pioneer with milestone in oriental painting for today's Korean painters, that attitude of current painter who create the art without departing in whose social.
