dc.description.abstract | 本 調査는 國民學校 兒童들의 偏食實態를 把握함으로서 偏食교정에 必要한 基礎資料를 얻고자, 서울 市內에 위치하는 國民學校의 1978年度 6學年 男女 兒童 888名을 對象으로 質問紙法을 통하여, 兒童 偏食實態와 偏食하는 理由 및 環境的 要件과 偏食과의 關係,偏食과 兒童身體充實指數等級과의 關係를 調査하여 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1. 調査對象인 888名의 兒童中 偏食兒童은 389名으로 43.8%였으며, 性別로는 男兒가 200名(43.2%) 女兒가 189名(44.5%) 였다. 2. 就學하고 있는 學校別 兒童 偏食率은 公立學校에 있어서 51.2% (235名), 私立學校에 있어서 35.9% (154名) 였다. 3. 兒童의 偏食率이 높은 飮食의 順位는 호박볶음(16.0% ), 버터(12.8%), 치즈(12.7%) 멸치볶음(7.3%), 갈치구이(6.8%)의 順이었다. 4. 兄弟數에 따른 兒童의 偏食率은 獨子인 兒童에 있어서 51.7%(15名), 2~3名에 있어서 44.5%(204名), 4名이상에 있어서 43.2%(166名)이었다. 5. 어머니 敎育程度에 따른 兒童의 偏食率은 어머니 敎育程度가 無學에 있어서 54.2%(13名), 中卒에 있어서 44.5%(61名), 高卒에 있어서 41.7%(100名), 大卒以上에 있어서 41.2%(129名) 였다. 6. 乳兒時 授乳方法에 따른 兒童의 偏食率은 牛乳를 먹고 자란 兒童에 있어서 46.2%, 母乳를 먹고 자란 兒童에 있어서 44.7%, 母乳와 牛乳를 함께 먹고 자란 兒童에 있어서 41.6%였다. 7. 身體充實指數等級別 兒童偏食率은 A級에 있어서 40.4%, B級 있있서 41.4%, C級에 있어서 40.3%, D級에 있어서 38.1%, E級에 있어서 47.0%였다.;In order to know the status of unbalanced diet in school children, a survey study with questionaire was carried out for 888 children who are attending 6th grade of primary school in Seoul area, from 6 to 11 of July, 1978. And following results were obtained. 1. The rate of unbalanced diet in school children, Seoul area, was 43.8% (389 children) and it was 43.2% in boys and 44.5% in girls. 2. The rate of unbalanced diet was 51.2% in public school children and 35.9% in private school children. 3. Order of foods by the degree of unbalanced diet rate was fried pumpkin (16.0%), butter(12.8%),cheese(12.7%), roasted anchovy(7.3%), and broiled hair-tail(6.8%),respectively. 4. The rate of unbalanced diet by the number of sibling was 51.7% in the group of one sibling, 44.5% in 2-3 sibling, and 45.2% in more than 4 sibling children. 5. The rate of unbalanced diet by mother's education level was 54.2% in the mother group of illiteracy, 49.4% in primary school, 44.5% in middle school. 41.7% in high school, and 41.2% in college graduated. 6. The rate of unbalanced diet by type of milk feeding was 44.7% in the group of breast feeding, 46.2% in milk feeding, and 41.6% in mixed feeding. | - |
