dc.description.abstractA yellowish oily liquid Component Compd. D(C, H_s, O_s, bp 164℃, N_D^20=1,5075) was isolated from the MeOH ext. of Codonopsis pilosula(Franchet) Nannfeldt(Campanulaceae) by silica gel column Chromatographic purification. The structure of compd. D was assumed to 5-methoxymethyl-2-furaldehyde by its physicochemical date.;韓國産 蔓蔘(Codonopsis pilosula (franchet) Nannfeldt)을 MeOH ext.를 처리하여 silica gel column chromatography法으로 精製한 結果 Compd. A,B,C,D,E,F의 6가지 物質을 分離할 수 있었다. 이 中 Compd. D (C_(8)H_(8)O_(8), n^(20)_(D) 1.5075, bp = 164°C, Rf=0.313)는 芳香性, 黃色液體이며 元素分析, Mass spectrum, IR, NMR, UV 및 化學反應을 利用하여 構造를 究明한 結果 5-methoxymethyl-2-furaldehyde로 推定하였다. ◁그림 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요)-
