Abstract
It is very important to select a suspending agent when making suspension. After adding some kinds of suspending agents into a Calamine Suspension, we discuss the pheomena of sedimentation in each cases and compare them with each other. In Calamine Suspension, the type of sedimentation is not altered by the change of the size of particle, and the Specific Sedimentation Volume is smaller when the size of particle is larger. Both the type of sedimentation and the Specific Sedimentation Volume of Calamine Suspension are different respectively according to the different kinds and concentrations of suspending agents. The types of sedimentation are divided into the Free Sedimentation and the Collective Sedimentation. And the Specific Sedimentation Volume is small when we add the 4% (w/v) Bentonite or 1% CMC-Na or 2% Sodium Alginate into the suspension. The concentrations of Calamine change smallest when we add the CMC-Na into the Calamine Suspension.;Suspension 제제시 suspending agent의 선택은 매우 중요하다. 저자는 Calamine suspension에 수 종의 suspending agente를 가한 각 경우의 침강현상을 비교 검토하였다. Calamine Suspension의 침강상태는 입자크기에 따라 변하지 않았고 비침강용적은 입자가 클수록 적었다. Calamine Suspension의 침감상태 및 비침강용적은 suspending agent의 종류 및 농도에 따라 변화하여 자유침강이나 응집침강을 나타냈고 비침강용적은 4% ( W/V ) Bentonite, 1%CMC-Na, 2% Sod. Alginate를 가했을 때 적었다. Calamine Suspension 상, 중, 하 각 층의 시간에 따른 Calamine 농도 변화는 CMC-Na를 가했을 경우 가장 적었다.
