인간 감정 표현을 위한 유기적 형태 연구

Abstract

인간은 몸을 통해서 살아있음을 느낀다. 또한, 감정이나 생각을 표출함으로써 살아있는 자신을 발견한다. 이러한 인간의 자기 표출형태 중 하나가 감정 표현이다. 인간은 자신에게 일어나는 많은 사건에 대해 여러 가지 감정을 느끼고 이성을 통해서 외부의 상황에 대하여 적절한 감정을 선택하여 표현한다. 감정 선택 과정에서 인간의 감정은 표출되는 감정과 내재하는 감정으로 나뉘는데, 표출되는 감정이 결정되기 전의 감정 상태는 매우 혼란스럽고 복잡하다. 감정의 혼란 속에서 인간이 외부로 표현하는 감정은 그 표현 형태에 대하여 옳다거나 그르다고 말할 수 없다. 인간이 감정의 선택과정에서 통제하는 감정들은 다른 상황에서 또다른 표현으로 나타난다. 이와 같이 내재되는 감정은 통제를 통해 사라지는 것이 아니라 표현되기 전까지 인간 내면에 잠재되어 있다. 그러나, 생활 속에서 인간은 이성으로 선택한 표출되는 감정만이 자신의 현실 감정이라고 생각하고, 표출되지 않고 인간의 마음 속에 내재하는 다른 감정들에 대해서는 소극적으로 반응한다. 본 연구에서는 인간 감정의 다양한 양상을 인체와 유기적 이미지를 단순화하여 양괴의 긴장과 이완된 형태로 표현하는데 의의가 있다. 인체의 단순화 과정을 통하여 표현된 인체의 유기적 형태는 덩어리가 갖는 형태의 필연적 관계를 통해 생명감을 갖게 되고, 그 안에서 인간 내면 감정의 다양한 양상과 감정의 변화를 표현하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 감정의 다양한 변화와 감정들 간에 관계를 인체의 유기성을 통해 유기적 형태의 形과 形의 필연적 관계로 표현하는데 있다. 본 연구의 표현 내용은 인간의 감정에서 다양한 감정 변화와 관계가 유기적 형태의 긴장과 이완의 형태적 특징으로 표현되어 다양한 감정의 이미지로 나타난다. 표현 방법은 다양한 인체의 유기적 이미지를 단순화하여 유기적 형태로 표현하거나 공간 안에 재결합시킴으로써 유기적 형태의 관계를 확보하도록 하여 7점을 표현하였다. 작품 분석은 유기적 양괴의 형태적 특성에서 보이는 긴장과 이완의 형터적 관계를 검증하기 위하여 각 작품의 덩어리가 갖는 힘의 방향성과 균형, 역동성으로 동적 공간을 형성할 수 있는지에 대하여 분석하였다. 인체의 단순화과정은 인체의 전체 양괴가 응축되어 하나의 큰 덩어리로 단순화되고 그 안에 여러 가지 긴장과 이완의 덩어리가 조화를 이룬다. 이러한 형태의 조형적 특성을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인체의 유기적 이미지를 단순화하는 과정에서 유기적 형태로 표현하였을 때 덩어리의 긴장과 이완은 힘의 방향성, 역동성과 함께 형태의 구조적 변화를 갖는다. 둘째, 유기적 전체 안에 形과 形 사이에는 생명감을 나타내는 形의 필연적 관계를 형성하고 있으며 그 형태적 특징을 통해 인간 감정의 다양한 구조를 표현할 수 있다. 셋째, 유기적 형태들을 한 공간 안에 결합하면 각각의 형태가 내부의 形적 관계에서 외부와 형태간의 관계로 그 형태적 관계성을 확장시켰다. 이와같이, 인간 감정의 다양한 표현 구조와 변화는 유기적 형태가 갖는 다양한 형의 구조로 표현된다.;Man feels his being alive through the body. Also be finds himself alive when exposing his feelings or thoughts. One of these expositions of himself is expressing his feelings. Man gets various feelings from many events around him, chooses a feeling corresponding to the outside situation through reason, and expresses it. In the process of choosing a proper feeling, human feelings are divided into exposing ones and indwelling ones, and the emotional status before the determination of exposing feelings is very much confusing and complicated. In the emotional confusion, feelings being exposed outside can't be said as good or wrong. Feelings controlled by man in the process of choosing spout in a different form in a different situation. Like this, indwelling feelings do not stay still for good under pressure but lie behind before exposition. Nevertheless, man merely thinks feelings his reason chose to expose are real and true to himself and overlooks or responds passively to those other feelings indwelling in his heart. The significance of this study lies in expressing various aspects of human feeling into the contrast between tension and relaxation in the mass by simplifying the organic images of human body. Through simplification of human body, the organic shapes of human body attains a sense of living through the inevitable relations between masses, within which various aspects and changes of man's inner feelings will be taken into shapes. The purpose of this study is to represent various changes in human feelings and relations between them as the inevitable relations between the organic forms by investigating the organic relations between forms in human body. Expressions in this study have mostly contrasting forms of tension and relaxation from various changes in and relations between human feelings and a variety of emotional images. In making works, various organic images of human body were simplified into certain organic shapes or reunited with each other in space to assume organic relations, and total 7 works were produced. In analyzing works, such matters as the direction and balance of each mass' power and whether a dynamic space can be formed or not with dynamics were examined to test the organic relations of tension and relaxation between morphological traits of organic masses. In simplifying human body, the overall masses of human body were condensed into a big and simple mass in which lots of small masses of tension and relaxation exist in harmony. The results of analyzing these formative characteristics of form are as follows : First, in the process of simplifying the organic images of human body, the tension and relaxation of mass represented as one organic form has some directions of power, dynamics and possibility of structural change in shape. Second, there are inevitable relations between forms in the whole organic body, a sign of life, and through those morphological characteristics various structures of human feelings can be expressed. Third, organic forms, once combined with each other in a space, extend their morphological relations from internal to external one. As we have seen, various expressional structures of and changes in human feelings can be represented into the structure with various shapes of the organic form.
