Mannich反應에 依한 Phenoxy Acetic Acid 誘導體의 合成

Abstract

本 實驗은 Phenol 의 殺菌性을 더욱 强力한 作用을 가지며 毒性이 적은 우수한 醫藥品으로써 價値를 가질수 있는 化合物 合成에 利用하려는 의도를 가지고 Phenol 에 Monochloro acetic acid를 反應시켜 Phenxy Acetic Acid 를 合成하여 이를 中間 原料物資로 使用하였다. 이 Phenoxy Acetic acid는 이미 合成된 바 mp.98°C의 針狀 結晶型의 白色 物質로 殺菌作用이 있음이 報告되어 있다. Phenoxy acetic acid 에 amine 類 10種을 選擇하여 Mannich 反應을 行하여 새로이 Phenoxy Acetic acid 의 amine 誘導體를 만들어 그들의 mp. 측정, 분자량 측정을 하여 이들을 새로운 物質로써 究明해 보았다. 이때 反應은 各 amine의 種類에 따라 반응시간, 용매선택드에 若干의 差異를 보였다. 새로운 合成物質들의 살균제로의 利用度 여부의 檢討後 더 나아가 이 amine 誘導體들에 Metal 치환을 행하여 Cheldte 化物을 形成시켜 毒性이 적고 作用이 强力한 의약품으로써 우수한 物質合成에 利用될 수 있는 中間體로써 意義를 갖는다.;This study has been performed to synthesize new compounds, valuable as more powerful germicidal and less poison ous medicine with the intention of using the germicidal ower of phenol. Phenoxy Acetic Acid, which would be used as material of desirable compound, is composed by the reaction of phenol and monochloro-acetic acid. It was reported that Phenoxy Acetic Acid is white-needle-shaped crystal with the melting point of 98 C and has germicidal power. Ten kinds of amines derivatives of Phenoxy Acetic Acid is thereafter synthesized by the Mannich Reaction. The reaction has shown 'the fact that the reacting time and solvent for recrystalization varied with each amines. In the view point of having synthesized the intermediary compounds, which is used in forming chelate compounds for manufacturing medicine of legs poisonouse and more powerful germicide, this study is of great worth.
