特殊織物의 可變性硏究

Abstract

衣服材料의 多樣性은 特殊織物의 衣服으로서의 活用에 拍車를 加하게 해 주었다 特히 近年에 特殊織物로써 衣服으로 많이 使用되게 되는 材料인 Leather가 登場하기에 이르렀고 여기에 따라서 그 縫製性이 問題가 되지 않을 수 없게 되었다. 그러므로 그 可縫性에 對하여 本硏究는 試圖되었다. Leather의 可縫性은 豫備試驗에서 박힘성 밀림성을 檢討하고 可縫性이 있는 Leather를 선택하여 縫製時의 땀수조건과 實際 縫製后의 땀수와의 差異 縫製後의 縫目强力 및 seam puckering에 對해서 實驗하였다 可縫性을 決定하는 要因으로서는 Leather의 種類 縫?의 種類 및 바늘의 굵기 等을 變化要因으로 해서 可縫性을 試驗하였다. 그 結果 다음의 事項들을 알게되었다. 1. 촉감이나 外觀이 天然皮革과 거의 類似한 Leather들은 縫製할때 그 可縫性은 良好하다. 2. Leather는 그 材質에 따라 縫製後의 實際 땀수의 差異가 많이 나타나고 또한 땀조절 조건을 强하게 주어 촘촘하게 縫製하였을 때 더욱 많은 差異를 가져온다. 3. 박힘성이나 밀림성이 不良한 Leather를 縫製할때는 땀조절 條件을 弱하게 해주던가 또는 Leather의 表面에 기름을 칠해줌으로서 可縫性을 向上시켜 주어야 한다. 4. 縫目强力은 땀數, 실의 强力·試料의 强力에 比例되고 바늘 굵기에서는 11號보다는 14號 바늘이 縫目强力을 增大시킨다. 5. puckering Grade는 얇고 부드러운 Leather가 낮고 실의 굵기나 땀의 크기와는 크게 關係되지 않는다.;The Sewability of Simulated Leather was tested about the seam strength, Variation in the number of stitches and puckering grades with the Variables, Such as Kinds of Simulated Leather, Sewing thread, needle types and number of stitches. The results are as follows; 1. The Sewability of the thin and soft leathers was good enough, while that of thick and stiff one was poor. 2. The stitches density depended on type of leather used, and the variated in creased in the case of narrower denesity. 3. When the sewability of leather-surface is not so good, it is desirable to pour oil on the surface for the purpose of better efficiency. 4. The seam strength was opproximatly proportional to the stitch donsity and tensile strength of yarn and leather. The Seam strength of leather sewn by No. 14 was higher tham that of No.11. 5. The softer and thiner leather was lower the puckering grades become. The kinds of yarn and stitches density did not seem to effect the puckering grades.
