最近 우리나라의 氣候變化

Abstract

世界的으로 볼 때 現代的 觀測器具를 使用한 觀刻年數는 불과 100 餘年 밖에 안되나 여기서 얻은 觀測値를 보면 氣燒變化가 뚜렷하다. 우리나라의 경우도 現代的 觀測器具에 依한 觀測은 1906年. 以後 이루어졌으며, 이에 의하면 氣候는 뚜렷이 變化하였다. 이러한 氣候 變化의 추세를 감안하여 氣候要素率 氣濫과 降水量을 中心으로 氣難變化의 特色을 考索하였다. 本 硏究에서 參考한 統計資粒는 中央氣象合에서 發刊한 "韓國氣候表"와 "氣象年報"를 使用하였다. 對象璉點은 최근 30年 觀測値를 가지고 있는 14個 雄點을 選定하였으며 1931 ~ 1960年 ( 前期 )平均値에 對한 1951 ~ 1980 年 ( 後期 ) 平均値의 比較 및 이 期間의 變化 特色을 計量的 方法으로 分析하였다. 그 分析 結果는 1931 ~ 1960 딘 사이의 30 年 평균치에 比하여 1951 ~ 1980年 사이의 30年 平均 氣溫, 降水量이 모두 上昇되었다. 그러나 이 期間의 變化, 變動 Pattern은 氣濫, 降水量이 各各다르게 나타났다. 즉 氣溫은 繼續的인 上昇 傾向을 보이면서도 다시 3時期로 區分되며 그中 1960 年代의 變化 Pattern은 세계적인 Pattern과도 같은 時期로 나타났다. 反函에 降水量 獲動은 그 上, 下 起伏이 크고 地城性, 時間性이 뚜렷이 나타났다. 季節에 따른 氣溫變化는 겨울 심하며 降水量 경우는 여름이 심하였다.( 울릉도의 강수량 變動은 겨울이 심함 ) 氣溫 特異年과 降水量 特異性을 묶어 보면 寒多少雨年, 題多多雨年, 冷夏多雨年, 署夏少雨年으로 表現할 수 있으며 特異年中 1980年의 低溫現寡은 美國의 Saint Helens 火山 噴出時 나온 火山灰가 氣候에 끼친 영향이었다. 以上의 硏索 結果로 보아 30 年이란 期間은 짧기는 해도 氣溫과 降水量의 變化, 變動양상이 地域, 時間에 따라 뚜렷하였고 世界라는 Macro scale속에서도 어떤 有機的인 關係가 있음을 알 수 있다 다만 氣候變化의 週期를 Model化 하기에는 아직 짧은 時期이므로 이에 對한 계속적인 硏究가 要求되떠 變하여가는 氣候環境에 대처하기 위한 바람직한 자세라 하겠다.;It has been the modern observation Instruments for climatestarted to be used in the world only for 100 years, the observed values from this show a distinct change in world climate. Since the use of the modern observation instruments for climate was begun in 1906, the climate change has appeared remarkably in Korea. This study reviewed the characteristics in this climate change focusing on temperatures and precipitations which are the most important elements of climate. "Annual Report" and "Korean climate Report" edited by Central Meteorological Office are used as basic statistical data, from which 14 stations with the observed values during recent 30 years are selected. The mean values from 1951 to 1980(later period) are compared with those from 1931 to 1960(earlier period), and the characteristics in climate change during later period are analyzed quantitatively by data processing (1) During later period the research is concluded both temperatures and precipitations have been increased when compared with the earlier periods. In later period, the temperatures shows an overall constant increase with three different phases(1950s, 1960s, 1970s) and the temperatures pattern in 1960s appears the same as that of the whole world. (2) Whereas the precipitations during later period revealed a great fluctuation and the distinct pattern according to different points and different ti-me periods. (3) By the seasonal temperatures pattern, the climate change is large in winter; whereas the precipitation is great fluctuation in summer(except Ul Reung Island). (4) The abnormal years in both temperatures and precipitations can be described as follows: cold with dry winter, warm with rainy winter, cold with rainy summer, and hot with dry summer. In the abnomal years, cold summer in 1960s is caused by volcanic ash from Mt Saint Helens, U.S.A.
